Foster raised the idea during a commission debrief following UFC 331 last night.
We all know how Ian Garry injured Shavkat Rakhmonov, but oblique kicks can be extremely dangerous in general and can even potentially end a fighterβs career.

Ive still got about 4 weeks til my tournament. Iβm not invested in winning. I want to see my friends compete, meet other Jiu Jitsu dudes and have a good time.
Iβm interested in how my game and plan will line up with whatβs offered.
My goal is to compete. This, for me is one of many days/things Iβll do in Jiu Jitsu this year. Iβm excited, but I get excited about my daily rolls as well.
