It is true, there needs to be a frank conversation in Britain. Every adult in Britain can see with their own two eyes the degeneration of this country. Day by day the light dims a little more. Week by week the questions grow. Month by month the price mounts. Year by year the burden increases. Britain has been gutted of promise, hollowed out by corporate interests and devoid of any semblance of democracy. Politicians are prostituted to donors, donations that can only be described as bribes. Voted by you, bought by them. Elected by you, in service to them. The state has become a monolith of corporate control over the very fabric of society, taxes tumorous, profits parasitic and intervention, invasive. The capitalist order is not merely the power of the state, although the state is it's hand. The capitalist order is not merely the economy, although the economy is it's heart. The capitalist order is an entire social order. For the great majority, Britain is an open prison. For many, it is a death sentence. Since the inception of austerity in excess of 350,000 people have died. The controls and conventions of Covid killed many more. Most British people are treading water, unable to swim, but desperately trying not to sink. And yet rent, taxes, bills, groceries, childcare costs and all the necessities of modern life are slowly pulling them under. All this in service to the capitalist order, all this under the watch of the regime. A regime that is crushing dissent. A regime that collaborates with genocide. A regime that knows no bounds but time. A regime that won't assist you to live, but is desperate to assist you to die. Ever hungry, ever gluttonous, still they want more.
