Keeping tabs on what your favorite @CAA_Basketball team’s roster this time of year can be a labyrinth sometimes.
I put together a tracking sheet on Google Sheets that I will be updating daily to help provide clarity as the dust clears in the portal:

Bulls Spotlight: Andrej Shoshkikj 🐂
A native of Skopje, North Macedonia, Andrej joins USF from Stony Brook, where he was one of the most efficient freshmen in the country last season.
As a true freshman, he averaged 10.7 PPG in 26 minutes per game while shooting an absurd 49.8% from the field, 45.1% from three, and 96.4% from the free-throw line, narrowly missing a historic 50/40/90 season.
But what really stands out is his performance in the CAA Tournament. As a FRESHMAN, he erupted for 35 POINTS against Campbell, going 5-for-8 from three and a perfect 10-for-10 from the line.
I’ve even seen an NBA scout put him on their watch list. Really curious to see how he fits into Chris Mack’s rotation this season.

Drexel lands a huge late-offseason addition: wing Amaree Abram
Abram averaged 3 pts on 37% from 3 playing off Tennessee’s bench last season behind Bishop Boswell. He averaged 12 pts on 37% from 3 while starting for Louisiana Tech in 24-25.
I imagine he will start for Drexel
Rocky Top ➡️ Rocky Steps. Welcome to Philly @amareeabram
Transfer from University of Tennessee
24-25 All-CUSA Honorable Mention at Louisiana Tech
Averaged 12.3 PPG, 4.4 RPG at Louisiana Tech
Was a consensus four-star, top-100 recruit and top-15 prospect in CA

Major CAA news — Jack Collins announced he will be returning to Monmouth for his 5th season, per his instagram story.
Joins Spartalis in returning to the starting lineup in 26-27
Collins dealt with some injuries last season too— so expect him to improve in year five

Stony Brook's waiver application on Pratt's behalf was deemed cancelled by the NCAA without a decision (four months after it was submitted!) because he received a Pavia waiver year last year.
The court was not a fan of this approach.
Very unfortunate news for the Stony Brook and Rutgers community.
A letter from men's basketball head coach Steve Pikiell to Rutgers Nation.

D2 or not— adding a player who averaged 25 pts last year is a good get.
New Campbell HC Jimmie Williams continues to impress with his ability to assemble a solid roster — full of DII stars
They continue to give off Drake/Ben McCollum vibes. Excited to see how this pans out
Carson-Newman (D2) transfer Jack Browder has committed to Campbell, he tells @247Sports.
Averaged 25 points and 9.6 rebounds last season.

Charleston has landed in-state Class of 2027 point guard Colt Fowler - who led the Adidas circuit in assists, source told @thefieldof68.
Fowler, who plays at Byrnes High, was the Player of the Year in South Carolina.
Going out on a limb and going to say @UCF_MBB would be a great fit for former Stony Brook SG and FL native Erik Pratt
Two of his former teammates at Milwaukee started for them last year — and he would be a fantastic complement to Dior Johnson and his outside shooting
New Seawolf Ozgur Cengiz spent 4 years with Tofas. He wasn’t just teammates w/former NBA talent Furkan Korkmaz, Maxwell Lewis, Khyri Thomas, Tyler Ennis, Milton Doyle. But also:
Luke Maye (UNC)
Marcus Demon (Missouri)
Cassius Winston (Michigan St)
Berke Buyuktuncel (Nebraska)
Stony Brook appears to have added one final piece to the roster. A guard from Turkey with 4 years of pro experience.
This past season he averaged 3 pts, 1 rb and 1 ast off the bench for Tofas.
He was on the same team as former NBA player Furkan Korkmaz and Maxwell Lewis
🏀 @StonyBrookMBB has added final piece of the 2026-27 roster and join team workouts next week...

Look at this box right here... it's from my man Joe Spallina at Stony Brook!
These Seawolves DOMINATE on the field and Stony Brook has some incredible alumni.
Thank you Coach Spallina and @StonyBrookWLAX for this great box!
