Never seen a more blatant screw job by an officiating crew than what just happened to Western Michigan.

The transfer portal is a wild place.
@CitadelHoops surely just pulled one of their most unique transfers.
He'll be a 30-year-old junior.
A father.
A navy veteran.
He never played HS hoops. Went from military teams, to JUCO, to Green Bay to here.
Meet Mel Bethea.

Clemson just won multiple games in an ACC Tournament for just the 3rd time in school history.
The 2nd win was over a team they had beaten once in 16 ACCT tries.
Duke is next. Beware the storybook.

Wanted to give the Charlotte Hornets some credit. Over their last 25 games:
Record: 19-6 (1st in the NBA)
Net rating: +12.6 (1st in the NBA)
Off. Rating: 122.9 (1st in the NBA)
REB%: 56.4% (1st in the NBA)
3PAr: 50% (2nd in the NBA)
3PT%: 39.0% (1st in the NBA)
Half of their shot attempts are threes and they’re hitting them at a league best 39% in that span.
Even crazier, they’re first in the league in offensive rebounds and rebound percentage in that stretch.
Dominating the math game… Easy to see why they’re smoking teams.
Credit to Charles Lee and the Hornets for turning around their season.

The Charlotte Hornets have defeated each of the previous three NBA champions by 20 or more points this season. They beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 124-97 on January 5, the Denver Nuggets 110-87 on January 18, and the Boston Celtics 118-89 tonight.
This makes the Hornets just the fourth team in NBA history to beat the last three reigning champions by 20+ points each in the same season — and the first to do so in over 60 years.
They join:
▪️ 1958-59 Syracuse Nationals
▪️ 1956-57 Fort Wayne Pistons
▪️ 1949-50 Rochester Royals
