Done with @Grubhub! They've been going downhill the last few months, but today did them in. I ordered fast food from them at 12:30. After chatting with Customer Service for over an hour, who continually told me the restaurant was still making the food, it got marked as (1/2)

delivered, but 90 minutes later, never arrived. Made the switch to @DoorDash - ordered the exact same thing - and my food arrived 8 minutes after placing the order. Goodbye @Grubhub! Done with your late deliveries, cold food, and gaslighting when there's an issue! (2/2)
