Your Card of the Day: "One Card Only" Edition: Glen Gorbous played in 117 games with the Reds and Phillies between 1955 and 1957. He received a cartoon with the often used, stereotypical Quaker representing a Phillies' front office man. I love the shot of the Polo Grounds.

Your Cards of the Day: Apparently, Topps' artist forgot that the Dodgers' jersey numbers are only red on the front. John Purdin sported a nice set of red numerals on his back in 1965. He maintained one expression on all his cards. That is a nice airbrushed lid in 1971.

Your Cards of the Day: Yesterday was the 66th anniversary of Bill Mazeroski's walk-off homer in game 7 of the 1960 World Series. The 1961 set commemorated the event and the Pirates Championship. Gino Cimoli got wacky during the celebration.
