“Have you even read Marx?” A. Yes. B. Even if I hadn’t, the idea that someone has to read thousands of pages of bullshit before they’re allowed to determine it’s bullshit is retarded. If I write a 3,000-page book explaining why slamming your dick in a car door cures cancer, nobody is obligated to read the whole thing to conclude I’m a fucking moron.

The Left doesn't call you far-right, Nazi, fascist, or “dictator” because you actually are. They fabricate a version of reality that has almost no connection to the truth. They need that fabricated villain to morally justify their hatred and violence against you. Iranians learned this the hardest, most bitter way possible. They called the Shah of Iran a "dictator" too. Just like they're calling President Trump one now. The Shah wasn't a dictator, not even close. But they inflated death tolls, blamed him for tragedies like the Cinema Rex fire they themselves caused, pinned suicides and accidents on SAVAK, and repeated the lies until they felt like truth. The goal was to destroy the love, trust, and loyalty ordinary Iranians had for him. It worked. When Khomeini was flown in from Paris, he was fully supported by global leftists. When a group of armed rebels invaded the country, the army stood down. Almost no one defended the Shah. The people had been brainwashed into seeing him as the enemy. Soon they realized the terrible deception. The revolutionaries never wanted freedom. Their real drive was envy: envy of success, beauty, power, achievement. They weaponize morality, language, academia, everything to tear the successful down to their own level of misery. That's exactly what the Iranian Revolution was: a coalition of resentful, envy-driven groups. They burned everything the Shah had built, changed the ancient flag, executed patriots and great Iranians simply for being competent and loyal to the nation. For 47 years, with all the oil money in the world, they printed books, made films, funded lobbies, trained generations of academics, all to keep repeating the grudge against the Shah. That grudge later shifted: first to America ("Death to America" became their core chant), then to successful Arabs (that's why, as their regime nears collapse, they now obsess over destroying the Burj Khalifa in Dubai). This nightmare is finally ending for us Iranians. But I watch America and Europe with deep concern. It's the exact same playbook. They vilify Trump and Elon Musk, not because of reality, but out of pure envy. They manufacture lies, labels, and outrage to justify hatred and violence against them. Please, learn from Iran. Otherwise you will also have to live it to learn. #Iran

To Bad Bunny, Billie Eilish, Justin Bieber, and every other scum-sucking celebrity saying "FUCK ICE" at the Grammys last night: Congratulations, you just proved that Trump hasn’t canceled FREE SPEECH. You also just proved that he’s not a dictator. Because if he were, where do you think you’d be waking up this morning? How do think a fascist dictator would treat a veritable ARMY of violent liberal opposition? I’ll tell you: You’d be waking up in a re-education camp instead of your Calabasas mansion. You’d be scrubbing toilets for the state, not posting selfies with your “resistance” merch. Your private jet would be CONFISCATED faster than you can say “tax the rich.” Your Grammy speech would've been SHUT DOWN and you'd have been hauled off to prison. Your “FUCK ICE” sign and your bullshit resistance pins would be Evidence Exhibit A at your show trial. And yYour millions of fascist followers would be forced to UNFOLLOW YOU, or face the same fate. But nope—here you all are, the morning after your TELEVISED REVOLUTION, still rich, still loud, still FREE. Because fun fact: under Trump, we're more America than ever, and freedom of speech is what America stands for. Keep proving the point, Hollywood. It’s adorable.

These people do not process that this man woke up and intentionally dressed like a militia movie character and intentionally armed himself and intentionally went to a federal operation and intentionally interfered with it and intentionally resisted arrest and intentionally pulled his gun. Leftists cannot comprehend agency and therefore believe instead that he literally spawned on the sidewalk and through a series of fascist coincidences he was executed for exercising his constitutional right to do whatever he wants without consequences
He had a PHONE and they murdered him

Border Patrol agents are trained extremely well to protect themselves, their fellow agents, and innocent third parties. When a supposed “peaceful” protester brings a weapon (such as a loaded handgun) and brandishes it, there are going to severe consequences and repercussions. We have pleaded with and warned the media and the politicians that their irresponsible, hate-filled and false rhetoric is going to get people unnecessarily hurt, or worse, killed when they portray our agents and officers as the aggressors. They have encouraged these reckless confrontations and attacks on our agents and officers who are performing their lawful duties and enforcing the laws that Congress has put on the books. The fake and dishonest media and the shameless politicians should be held accountable for willfully misleading the public and enticing these protesters and agitators. We have full confidence that when more facts are revealed, our agents and officers will be shown to have utilized justifiable force in eliminating the threat.

Power tells on a person. Some take it when the moment demands it and they give it back when the moment passes. They never confuse authority with ownership. Understanding that power is borrowed. Only to be carried as long as the fight lasts. Then they set it down and go home. But oh, is that a rare type of human! Most never put it down. They linger and adjust. Learning the rooms and the rituals. They make a life inside the machinery meant only for temporary passage. No longer serving outcomes, just serving survival, themselves. Their talent is not leadership but toxic endurance. A life, bestowed by God, corrupted by ego...willingly. This is the dangerous type. A person who has no life outside power will do anything to keep it. They will trade truth for time. Hell, they'll trade truth for anything. The future for one more term, one more appointment, one more quiet vote. They'll call it stability while the structure hollows beneath them. The lamentations of their tribe falling on the deafest of ears, their own. American politics was never meant to be a lifetime profession. It was meant to be an interruption. A season of obligation. When it becomes a career, morality thins to nothing and inevitably, decay sets in. Did we learn nothing from George Washington? History shows this plainly. Republics don't fall from sudden blows. They rot from people who stay too long and care too little about anything except remaining. The true intent of a person can't be concealed forever. They may hide behind procedure and language and "respectability". But crisis strips those things away. CRISIS ALWAYS STRIPS THOSE THINGS AWAY. Pressure burns off the varnish. In the end you see what they protect when the cost is real. Power belongs only in the hands of those willing to surrender it, and NOBODY else. The corrupt outlast the good. Then they outlast the country. They are among the lowest vibe souls earth has to offer, and are not to be trusted under any circumstances.

Leftists are some of the dumbest people alive. I don't say this as a toothless insult where you say something untrue just to hurt people. I say this as a simple statement of observation. Many of you have heard of the Dunning-Kruger Effect, but for those who haven't, it's the plague of overconfidence among midwits - or those of average or slightly above average IQ. This range of people consistently overestimate their own intelligence, while underestimating the intelligence of those much smarter than they. They don't possess wisdom. They don't possess the epistemic humility necessary to learn anything. And they can't properly assess how little they know. So, while possessing an average or slightly above average IQ, I think of them as some of the dumbest people alive. Stagnant. Unable to learn and adapt. As it turns out, those of higher intelligence often *understate* their own intelligence, according to Dunning-Kruger. I attribute this to being smart enough to know how LITTLE you actually know. Midwits are too stupid to know how dumb they are, essentially. Some of the smartest people I know, on the other hand, are acutely aware of their limitations. Funny enough, those of below-average IQ are often - like some of the geniuses I know - humble and smart enough to know how little they know. They have a wisdom that midwits don't possess. They are more likely to understand how life works, how reality works, and how best to live in the world. They have common sense smarts that midwits lack. You can't, with enough bullshittery and sophistry, convince them of impossibilities like that men can "become" women, or that cutting off children's genitals is "affirming." They don't fall for the deceitful, pseudo-academic nonsense from bullshit-artists who rely on a string of faux-intellectual words to obscure the fact that they're saying nothing. Orwell likened such tactics to cuttlefish squirting out ink: "The great enemy of clear language is insincerity. When there is a gap between one’s real and one’s declared aims, one turns as it were instinctively to long words and exhausted idioms, like a cuttlefish spurting out ink." - George Orwell Often also attributed to Orwell: “Some ideas are so stupid that only intellectuals believe them.” Allow me to offer an example (one of hundreds and hundreds of thousands of possible examples) in the way of a recent "academic" paper presented at the European Conference on Educational Research, entitled "Queering Children's Rights: Reflections on a Systematic Literature Review." In it, the authors argue that protecting children from sexualization "merely reproduces the binary system of sex/gender and heteronormativity, there by creating inequalities between boys and girls and making invisible and stigmatising children's non-conforming subjectivities and bodies." They say we should instead "affirm children's right to...genital autonomy, bodily integrity, and sexual agency" so that children can "discover and live as their authentic selves, free from heteronormativity and binary definitions of gender, sexes, and sexuality." Wow. Super smart, am I right? LOL. I'm kidding, of course. But to Leftist Midwits, this is INTELLECTUAL and VERY SMART PEOPLE "GET IT" and THEY ARE VERY SMART PEOPLE so they AGREE and LOOK AT THE BIG WORDS and "IT'S SCIENCE!" and THEY "BELIEVE" IN SCIENCE after all, because THEY SO SMART. 📷📷 It goes without saying that those not afflicted with Dunning-Kruger (or Midwit-itis, ha) know that this is garbage justification for pedophilia, dressed up in fake intellectualism. You don't have to be able to even articulate why; if you are humble and consider yourself a person who knows very little, you still know enough to know a justification for child-sex when you see it. But the Midwit....oh, the Midwit. It's their own hubris and overestimation of their intellect that entraps them in defending this kind of perversion. They haven't read Orwell or Solzhenitsyn or Marx or Derrida or John Stuart Mill or the Bible, but they know OF them and think that's enough. They haven't read Atwood's "The Handmaid's Tale" but they saw it on Showtime and think they're smarter than you because they gobbled up the TV interpretation of the book. They even dress up as the characters, and lecture you about it, all without having cracked the book. They've never read "1984" or "Animal Farm" but they saw someone using the phrase 'Orwellian language' and they think it makes them look smart to throw that back at others. They don't know a LICK about history, but they've seen a few movies and think they are smart enough to know they're not the ones being played, when they're *exactly the ones being played.* They talk down to conservatives and insult their intelligence when they can't even define what "rights" are - they've never even thought about it! They have an inability to voice in their own words what "communism" or "fascism" are without the internet. Corner them in real life sometime. Try it. Ask them to define any of the words they are using. It's awkward and illuminating. In the Bible, wisdom is portrayed as knowledge governed by discernment and judgment. Without discernment and judgment, you may find yourself becoming a useless and arrogant midwit - capable of being played and used by forces beyond your comprehension, for the very ends you think you're working against. You may find yourself becoming the gullible women in 2 Timothy, always 'learning' but never arriving at the truth. “But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people. They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.” (BTW - for anyone who wants to keep up to date on the latest in academic nonsense papers, I highly suggest following my friend @SwipeWright at Reality's Last Stand. He's an Evolutionary Biologist who does a great job of tracking the ever-increasing lunacy in academia. Link to his publication below.)

As I said earlier, regime change - in Venezuela or elsewhere - is a very serious and consequential thing. No doubt. But the satirical commentary following the fall of Maduro has been sensational. The irony. The sizzle. The absolute bangers. Here are my faves so far.

The Christmas Miracle of 1914, With a Connection to the Present Age In December of 1914, while Europe was engaged in the respectable business of industrialized self-slaughter, a most inconvenient thing occurred. Men who had been ordered (by men who were safely elsewhere) to kill one another instead sang hymns, traded cigarettes, buried the dead, and briefly remembered they were human. This was called the Christmas Truce, though it was less a truce than a spontaneous relapse into civilization. It offended every modern instinct of bureaucracy and was therefore never permitted again. The miracle was not that enemies shook hands. The miracle was that, beneath uniforms and slogans, the old moral equipment still worked. These men did not forget the war; they simply remembered something older. And that, history shows, is far more dangerous to empires than artillery. One can always restart a war. It is much harder to restart a conscience once it has been reminded of itself. We flatter ourselves today that we are more enlightened, which usually means we are better at hating one another for reasons that feel clever. We divide not by trenches but by abstractions, and we call this progress. Meanwhile, other civilizations (older ones, less sentimental, more patient) observe us with the calm interest of a man watching his neighbor remove the load-bearing walls to improve the view. They do not need to defeat us. They only need to wait. The men of 1914 understood something we have misplaced: peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of shared restraint. Mercy without strength invites conquest; strength without mercy invites ruin. Christmas came once to No Man’s Land to remind us that civilization is a choice made daily, often against orders, and always against entropy. The tragedy is not that the truce ended. The tragedy is that we learned how to prevent it, and straight up forgot why it mattered.

I was 9 or 10 when I found this photo. It was after my little brother went to sleep. I was browsing old photos in my living room while my Mom did Bible study in the kitchen. I remember thinking it was odd that Santa was wearing safety goggles while holding me. I then wondered why my house was the only one where Santa came inside on Christmas Eve. None of my friends had ever shared a story like that. And then I looked close at the eyes. My brain said “ENHANCE” like in a spy movie. I looked even closer. “ENHANCE” I saw it so clearly. Those were my Dad’s eyes. I knew it was him. I was sure of it. I’d cracked the code. The thousand year old mystery that had plagued all children. For a millennia we’ve asked, “How does Santa make it all the way around the world in a night?” I’d finally answered it. I went and asked my Mom to confirm what I’d uncovered. She didn’t mislead me. She gave me a hug and told me what I now knew: that Santa was real and he lived with me year-round. That night I learned Santa doesn’t vanish when you figure it out. He multiplies. He lives in the love and sacrifice of all parents. In the lengths they go to make our dreams feel effortless. In the quiet work done late at night so joy can arrive on time. Santa doesn’t “go away” when you discover the truth. Your appreciation for him only grows. It grows as you understand what it costs and as you recognize the tired eyes, the sore backs, the careful planning. And if you’re lucky, one day you realize you’ve become him too. He was real then. He’s real now. He just keeps showing up, and occasionally wearing safety goggles if that’s all he’s got when it’s time to drop off presents. Merry Christmas to all the Santa Clauses out there.

Wise words “My name’s Frank. I’m 64, a retired electrician. Forty-two years I spent running wires through houses, fixing breakers, making sure people had light in their kitchens and heat in their winters. Never once did anyone ask me where I went to college. Mostly, they just wanted to know if I could get the power back on before their ice cream melted. Last May, I was at my granddaughter Emily’s school career day. You know the drill — doctors, lawyers, a software guy in a slick suit talking about “scaling startups.” I was the only one there with a tool belt and work boots. When it was my turn, I told the kids, “I don’t have a degree. I’ve never sat in a lecture hall. But I’ve wired schools, hospitals, and your principal’s house. And when the hospital generator failed during a snowstorm in ’98, I was the one in the basement with a flashlight, keeping the lights on for newborn babies upstairs.” The kids leaned forward. They had questions — real ones. “How do you fix stuff in the dark?” “Do you make a lot of money?” “Do you ever get zapped?” (Yes, once, and it’ll curl your hair.) When the bell rang, one boy hung back. Small kid, freckles, hoodie too big for him. He mumbled, “My uncle’s a plumber. People laugh at him ’cause he didn’t finish high school. But… he’s the only one in the family who can fix anything.” I looked that boy in the eye and said, “Kid, your uncle’s a hero. When your toilet overflows at midnight, Harvard ain’t sending anyone. A plumber is.” Here’s the thing nobody told me when I was young — the world doesn’t run without tradespeople. You can have all the engineers you want, but if nobody builds the house, wires the power, or lays the pipes, those blueprints just sit in a drawer. We’ve made it sound like trades are what you do if you can’t go to college, instead of a path you choose because you like working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing your work stand solid for decades. Four years after high school, some kids walk away with diplomas. Others walk away with zero debt, a union card, and a skill they can take anywhere in the world. And guess what? When your furnace dies in January, it’s not the diploma that saves you. A few weeks ago, that same freckled kid’s mom stopped me at the grocery store. She said, “You probably don’t remember, but you told my son trades are important. He’s shadowing his uncle this summer. First time I’ve seen him excited about anything in years.” That’s the part we forget — for some kids, knowing their path is respected changes everything. It’s not about “just” fixing wires or pipes. It’s about pride. Purpose. The kind that sticks with you long after the job’s done. So next time you meet a teenager, don’t just ask, “Where are you going to college?” Ask, “What’s your plan?” And if they say, “I’m learning to weld,” or “I’m starting an apprenticeship,” smile big and say, “That’s fantastic. We’re going to need you.” Because we will. More than ever. And when the lights go out, you’ll be glad they showed up.”

Your entire argument collapses the second you read the primary source. The 14 Amendment was written for one purpose. It settled the legal status of freed slaves after the Civil War. The authors said exactly what they meant. The record is clear. The citizenship clause only applied to people who were under the full jurisdiction of the United States. Full jurisdiction means full allegiance. It does not mean anyone who manages to be physically present at the moment a child is born. Senator Jacob Howard wrote the clause. He said it did not apply to foreigners. He said it did not apply to temporary visitors. He said it did not apply to people who did not owe full loyalty to this country. This is recorded in the Congressional Globe. That is the official record. Not a campaign tweet. Not a law school soundbite. The record matters. The Founders never believed in automatic birthright citizenship. They rejected the British system where being born on the land made you a subject. America was built on consent of the governed. Citizenship came from allegiance. Not from geography. Not from loopholes. Not from political spin. The Supreme Court has never ruled that children of illegal aliens are citizens. The Wong Kim Ark case was about a child born to legal residents under a treaty system. It was narrow. It was specific. It did not create universal automatic citizenship for everyone on earth who crosses a border. You know this. You still pretend it means something it never said. This is not about defending freedoms. It is about defending a political narrative. If your logic is true then every foreign citizen who crosses into the country automatically creates a new citizen. No allegiance. No loyalty. No consent from the American people. That is not constitutional law. That is national suicide. If you want to talk about the Constitution then start with the actual text and the actual debates. The 14 Amendment was never meant to be a worldwide open door. It was meant to secure the rights of freed slaves and bring them fully into the American political community. The people decide who joins that community. Not foreign governments. Not activists. Not politicians running for higher office. Truth matters. Jurisdiction matters. Allegiance matters. The rest is noise.
The birthright citizenship case is an important one for #SCOTUS and we are defending our constitutional freedoms. As Professor Amar highlights, there is a clear answer as to why our position in the correct one.
