Is it okay to show up to your new job in the U-Haul you moved in when your Prius hybrid battery fails the day before you move across states?

I often fear the outcome of speaking out but I can’t be quiet about this. I’m horrified. Flyers hanging up in my department’s hallways. Not sure what kind of sick sense of humor someone feels in degrading women in STEM (1/2) @UGA_CollegeofAg @universityofga @UGAGradSchool

Surprised how big yet small my @Geneious folder is. Gotta be many genomes, blastdb, and thousands of plasmids in there.

I find myself a victim yet again of the ‘I’ll just work on my R stuff at home’. then having to spend 45 minutes to remove old R versions, fixing rstudio, sudoing rm rf everything, and I bet I’ll have given myself some package/dependency/library probs 🥸

In at least one Peking genotype, there is a unknown rj2 nodulation allele gene on chr16 (duplication). peking is also a mutant for a certain ku protein, bak1, and rj4. There are also at least 7 « peking » in GRIN, and considering older names like « sable », over 10 accessions.
