Track Coaches, you should be more concerned with the length of time your athletes are wearing crocs and slides than when you’re putting on spikes for the first time of the season.

I removed all my past employers after I found out a recruiter contacted one before they contacted me. My work history is now a summary of my career listed under "employers confidential" .... LinkedIn should have just enough info to make someone ask for my resume.

Employers think a salary is based on productivity. Nah, it's based on my availability to be productive. Forcing work during slow periods is "busy work"

Sprinting is not that hard to coach. I think it’s been overly complicated by coaches that want to sound smart. IMO it’s the easiest of events to coach, and in reality to get someone faster isn’t that hard either. On a world class level that obviously is different
