Where are you on the journey rn? ⬇️ 1 tip a mentor taught me is that in the “Return Changed” phase, think of it like facing a final boss in a video game - you have to beat the last dragon of your doubt. #Heroes

Tremendous advice. Apply the hero’s journey arc to your own life. Be unashamed of what part you’re on and chart your course. I’d assume most people get stuck at “crossing the threshold” or realizing they need a mentor of sorts once they do.

What do you think of this tho!? It’s kind of amazing. Also, scary to set those expectations? Is that me just trying to protect my inner child from disappointing herself? 🤣 Need to hear more thoughts pls!

Kenya was my home for a decade. My heart is broken to hear and see what's happening rn. Honoring every person risking their life to protest, stand and speak #kenya
