2 years ago our 32 year old daughter tragically died to an undiagnosed medical issue. Her only child was 3 months old. We look at the positives: she traveled to Europe, worked in college Administration at both Cornell & Syracuse, loved & experienced motherhood. We are blessed.

48° in Northeastern PA so I made a breakfast sammich:egg/cheese/ham/bacon bits on an English muffin with a side of tots seasoned with Sweet Maple. . Looks sloppy but tastes great.

Blackstone 36” griddle & Pizza Oven to create a few Super Bowl dishes: Chicken Bacon Ranch Corn Chips, eye round steak sandwiches with cooked onions/peppers, chicken potstickers, candied bacon crackers & sliced eye round.

Made 2 Stromboli: Italian/mozzarella seasoned with Tuscan Herb & Turkey/bacon/white American seasoned with Sweet Maple. 350° for about 30 minutes. Pretty tasty!.

My grandson went back to college & requested a cheesesteak. So Monday in the snow I made a few. 2 lbs. of shaved beef, diced onions/peppers, shredded my own provolone cheese. Mine was delicious. He liked his, my 87 yr old mom loved hers. And some leftovers!

Christmas Eve get-together with my 86 yr old Mom, son and stepson. My wife & I with our 2022 Christmas shirts, our table with charcuterie board, ham slices, chicken salad & other goodies. Also chocolate dipping station. Got a selfie with my wife & Mom.

40 lbs. of sliced Turkey breast ready for the noon family meal. My wife did everything; I sliced all 5 breasts. Also my first attempt at Turkey Cracklings…the skin dried, seasoned with McCormick’s No Salt Onion & Herb seasoning and baked at 400° for 16 minutes. Pretty tasty!

I attended the 2022 Griddle More Tour at its stop at the Ace Hardware in Lititz, PA! Met and spoke with @ToddToven. He charmed the very receptive crowd. Pretty sure Todd said the last time he was in this part of PA was 13 years ago. I could not pass the up the opportunity.
