We may be apart but I LOVE to see that #TaraO students are still creating! Greyson M. transformed these pencils into #HarryPotter wands using hot glue and paint! Way to go! #colliervillearts
Congratulations to Olivia and Rebecca, our two Art Kit winners from the Art Show last night! Students wrote Fan Letters to each other giving compliments about the artwork. @TaraOaks_ES #TaraO #Colliervillearts

Specialists’ Night was so fun! We are so lucky to have these great teachers at Tara Oaks! Their passion for what they do is awesome!
The #TaraO #artshow is ready for you! Doors open at 5:30. Be sure to stop by the Artist Fan Mail station for a chance to win a FREE art kit! #Colliervillearts @TaraOaks_ES
Do you see these amazing high school students right here?! They took time this afternoon to help #TaraO set up for our school-wide art show! Could not have done it without them! @CHSDragons @TaraOaks_ES #Colliervillearts
Kinders and Firsties had so much fun creating snowman sculptures! We even used our sculptures for still life drawings. 😍💙 ⛄️ ❄️ #colliervillearts @TaraOaks_ES
The weather may have teased us today but Kinders are still enjoying a Snow Day in the art room! We study the science of snowflakes and are inspired by artist Grandma Moses to create our own snowy, glittery scenes. ❄️ ⛄️ @TaraOaks_ES #ColliervilleArts
Peer critique as part of the creation process! Love hearing these sweet voices excitedly share ideas. ❤️ #secondgradeart @TaraOaks_ES #colliervillearts
Another Wonderful Wednesday! Kinders studied our solar system and created planets and suns! I ❤️ the aliens and astronauts! 🚀 🌎 ☀️ #colliervillearts @TaraOaks_ES @MrsJeffreys108

Never forget:
✔ You are not just the art teacher
✔ You are not just the gym teacher
✔ You are not just the science teacher
✔ You are not just the history teacher
We ALL have a role to play. We are in this together. We MUST support one another. ❤️

You call it a challenge- I call it art! Way to go!
She was so happy to complete the Pringle Ring Challenge! Glad she got it together before it got any later because I don’t think she would have gone to bed until the mission was accomplished! She was determined and at times discouraged but she didn’t give up @JoanJltm
