1) Bucks aren’t in the tax much less the second apron
2) Cutting KPJ doesn’t save the Bucks any tax space. His contract is guaranteed. The Bucks didn’t want him and clearly no other teams had interest in trading for him.
To go from worried KPJ might start to seeing him waived is such a relief. Move opens up key minutes for Burries/Jakucionis from Day 1.
Would’ve liked Milwaukee to get value in return but clearly the league didn’t value KPJ’s gaudy stats given the touches it took to accrue them.
The Bucks need to open up minutes and touches for their young guards.
The Kings lost Ben Simmons and need a ball-handling guard.
Perfect trade match? We’ll see, but it’d be ideal for Milwaukee if Sacramento trades for Kevin Porter Jr. si.com/nba/bucks/onsi/bucks-…

The Packers are going streaking! Winners of 3 in a row, GB's defense manhandled Dallas on SNF. @NumacIsKnown and @jtxvx praised the defense and talked about the offense finding its rhythm on TOTT!

Wonderful ALCS result for the Brewers. 6 games minimum as Milwaukee rests up for the World Series. We take those
Given the state of the backup center position around the league I can only presume the Jericho Sims bidding war is going nuts right now
Thinking a trade is quite likely to clear Milwaukee’s final spot. Otherwise why wait to waive another player ?

The Milwaukee Bucks are signing Marcus Garrett to an Exhibit 10 contract, a league source told @spotrac.
As part of lining up players for the Wisconsin Herd of the G League, the Bucks will waive Garrett later today.
Pete Nance waived. That’s one roster spot. Bucks still need to clear another one.
Nance could re-sign on a two-way but could also be claimed or signed by any other team.
Happy Bucks probable roster move day. My official guess is they trade one player and cut one player to get down to the limit, but we’ll see!
The nature of the Bucks roster meant we got Jakucionis and Ware closing out overtime and the end of the fourth, and a sick end of shot clock half court lob from Jaku to Ware was the bucket to seal it. Bucks win! We take those
Burries is so far beyond his years as a physical play finisher. Lots of young guards never get here. Differentiator when it comes to being a complete scorer. Gonna be a blast watching Burries all season
Jericho Sims is the third center on the team and on an expiring deal. He’s turning 28 next week. He’s a good role player but there’s no shot he’s going to develop into a star.
This is the dictionary definition of a player a rebuilding team should trade for draft assets.
