REMINDER: Personal mastery is perhaps one of the most underestimated forms of power. It is the ability to govern yourself before attempting to influence anything outside yourself. To experience anger without becoming cruel. To encounter disappointment without abandoning your principles. To possess power without feeling compelled to misuse it. To recognise your own shortcomings without immediately searching for someone else to blame. It requires self-awareness, emotional regulation, discipline, accountability and the humility to correct yourself even when nobody is watching.
