A Liam Hares goal in the first half enough to see us through despite being down to 10, to a second Yellow card, midway through the first half.
Despite being a man down, we still struck the woodwork twice, with The Don goal rarely threatened.

2026/2027 Competition Entires Now Open
If your club is within a 20 mile radius of Faringdon and you compete at step 6 or below (local step 6 league is Hellenic Division 1), we want to hear from you.
The competition normally see’s two rounds in August, with the Semi’s in April the following year and the final in May. Flexibility on these dates is possible.
We also have agreement from our member clubs, that use of their floodlight pitches and facilities are also available.
