Rebranding my account a bit. If you are into all things OKC Thunder then you have found the right place. I’m the most die hard fan living in Atlanta. This account is mainly OKC Thunder related but a little bit of Commanders football and some gaming talk here and there.
If any of this interests you we will be good friends. Thunder Up!
3 games into the season our only started from last season was SGA. Everyone else is gone or injured. We didn’t even have a chance to play basketball.
Every time I open this app someone on my teams are getting hurt. Cancel sports this year plz
#Commanders standout DT Daron Payne suffered a significant foot injury today in practice that will knock him out for the foreseeable future and likely land him IR, sources tell me and @MikeGarafolo.
Payne will undergo more evaluations tomorrow. But another tough blow for Washington.

My thoughts on the @Bungie blog. First, I get it. Marathon is your baby. A lot of hard work, risk, blood, sweat, tears, and even the death of a ton of the team all went in to making Marathon live. I personally got the game and played it maybe 20 hours or so myself and it is a fine game. But we need some foresight here. I know yall have hope but I don’t see a world in which this game is going to be sustainable in any way.
Destiny 2 (the old dead game) currently has been running 1,000% more gamers daily than marathon on PC. I’d assume that number is actually bigger when adding in console players. Yall talked about building a new sustainable future for Bungie in this blog post and building it with us the gamers. Us the gamers are not playing marathon. We are playing Destiny. It’s been proven for the last 6 months. It’s too big a pill to swallow I know, I don’t see Bungie ever even considering letting Marathon go but maybe @Sony forces them a year from now.
As far as the Destiny side goes. It’s a lot of good stuff of course. Destiny is back and alive for the time being. The fear is that this studio can’t survive for the amount of time it’s going to take to revive all of Destiny. At this point my hope is that we get the full unvaulting at the least. I am including D1 in that too. Whether that’s a remaster or just a PC port with updated resolution and frames on console. If we can get that before Sony closes this studio I’ll be a happy camper.
IF they somehow make the hard decisions it will take and have some luck and good fortune along the way, maybe even some Sony grace and we make it to D3, or whatever the future is. I hope by then they understand what we want. If it is D3 as fast as that can go into early access it should. We have seen how massively important that is for these large games and how massively successful building a game alongside the community can be for a 1.0 drop.
I hope they can land this someway somehow.

I’m done
OKC Thunder guard Alex Caruso is expected to miss some time after spraining his ankle last night against the Phoenix Suns, per @ShamsCharania.
“There’s going to be some level of time he is likely to be missing as well.”
My way too long winded Thunder thoughts tonight.
- I love AJ but idk if I think he can be a real and consistent number 2 for this team. Can he really average 20 ppg, play solid defense, and stay healthy for a full season?
- I’d love to see SGA somehow take us to a top 3 seed and win his 3rd MVP. But that also feel like a dream.
- I think we desperately need a wing defender. Idk how Sam could pull that off but we need that
- Sorbert HAS to at least be a solid contributor on defense. Please!!
- Still major depression over here. I think it will hit harder when we play the Cavs back to back here soon
This makes me sick to say but I honestly think to compete for a championship this season we need a starting caliber wing defender. You still can’t touch the second apron this year because you will for sure be in it the next two. Which means a player has to go. This is a high price I know but I’m shipping Topic and giving the Clippers back their pick for Derrick Jones Jr.
It’s a lot for a one year rental but you can’t waste a year of SGA’s career and we need his defense badly.
