In the Singapore paddock last year @MBrundleF1 came up for a chat. Sir Jackie Stewart joined in. We didn’t talk about SGP practice. It was a lovely convo about the old Tasman Series. Martin is the easiest bloke to talk to. P*sses me off these celebs who brush him on the grid!

James has seen a lot in his time. I’ve felt the same over the past month. You have to admire Toto’s decision to back Kimi so early & believing in his talent. It’s a good car & team yes but the confidence Antonelli can take from this string of wins (especially Monaco) is huge!

I’ve seen some things in my 36 years in #F1 but this run from 19 year old Kimi Antonelli is truly astonishing. Now a dominant #MonacoGP win! So many top drivers made errors this weekend, but the kid under the most pressure made none. 👏👏

I was reading the evening news @2GB873 early in my career & he called the newsroom after a 10pm bulletin to offer some encouragement. “You’re getting it. Keep going” he said. I’d met him in speedway a few times but the call that night meant so much to me. He’ll be greatly missed
