I love this out of the box thinking. ⁦@DominionEnergy⁩ is offering subsidized electric buses to schools that stabilize the grid and in turn allow more renewable generation to be built. The transition is allowing so many creative new business models. eandt.theiet.org/content/art…
Yup. That’s Shell. Asking for the last petrol or diesel car sold in the UK ever... to be Brough forward from 2035 to 2030. All electric after 2030. And Australia failed with a 50% EV target by 2030!
Replying to @Shell_UKLtd
The UK government has ambitions to increase #EV uptake and recently announced plans to move the end of the sale of new petrol & diesel cars to 2035. 🚘 Shell applauds this but believes it could be brought forward to 2030 to make sure the UK meets the 2050 #netzero target (2/3)

I’m amazed it’s taken this long to analyze the indoor pollution of gas stoves. Why would you want to burn a fire INSIDE YOUR HOUSE? Induction stoves are already cheaper and more efficient to cook with but also much better for your health. theguardian.com/environment/…

As ⁦@beyondzeronews⁩ has been showing, solar mining makes perfect sense in Australia. This $1b nickel mine is cheaper to run with renewables than gas. When will the ⁦@MineraIsCounciI⁩ realise that renewables are great for the mining industry? reneweconomy.com.au/why-an-a…
