Hi all I wanted to highlight a feature that’s now available in ThrivePages that is going to make your page editing so much faster and easier. In a typical editor you need to click on an item and then go to the controls to change its position and that often requires a lot of playing around to make sure it shows up exactly how you want it. With Smart Layers this is an absolute non-issue! You take your image, video, text or anything and move it wherever you want! Overlap anything you’d like. Bring it to the front or send it to the back. All done quickly and simply. I built my first website in 1999 in HTML and while that makes me a bit of a dinosaur, lol, I can tell you we’ve come a long, long way! In my 27 years of building websites I’ve not used an editor that just lets me place what I want, where I want it. And then it just works. Everything where I put it, nothing buggy. Smart layers could be compared to how you would work on a graphics editor. You add your elements and they exist in layers so that you can create exactly what you want. This allows for maximum creativity! You’re going to be able to create pages that other editors just can’t without this functionality. Have you played with the editor yet? Advanced Adaptive Pricing is now available at ThriveCart. What does that mean? Well it means that you can now show your products in the currency of the visitor on your site AND you can choose the price rather than let currency conversion do it for you. So let’s say you have a price of $97 USD but you know your Canadian customers would prefer to see the price in their currency. A typical process would be it gets converted and shown with the days exchange rate. So today, for example, $97 would become $137.74 ($97 x 1.42 exchange rate). If you use psychology pricing that probably won’t work for you. Maybe you want it at $137 or $147 and you don’t want the pricing to fluctuate daily in Canadian funds. No problem! With AAP (Advanced Adaptive Pricing) you can set your currencies prices to fit what makes sense and then it stays that way! When your customers see their currency they will feel confident in the price they’re paying which builds more trust in you. It creates a smoother conversion to the sale and tells your customers you’re thinking about them!
