I attended the Biden event in Los Angeles last night. Fantastic, but it made me think about a few things.
I’ve been around a minute. Lived through several Presidential races. I remember not being excited about the candidates, but I have never in my life fixed my lips to say, I’m not voting because of it. Neither did my grandparents who survived Jim Crow and were not always welcomed at the polls.
I don’t understand folks who are saying that today.
Your top issue isn’t being talked about enough or going the way you think it should? Let’s survive now and live to fight another day. But first, look beyond what you’re seeing covered by the media, because Biden is not getting the same coverage that Trump is getting. And much of that coverage is skewed. It’s likely your issue is being worked on and you have been heard — so look deeper!
We don’t have to invite the candidates over for tea and crumpets, but staying home when we have the Supreme Court that we have, is short-sided and a disservice to those of us who see Trump as the number one danger that he is promising to be.
NO CHOICE — IS A CHOICE FOR TRUMP!!!

@ATTHelp @ATT @ATTBusinessCare @ftc @linakhanFTC @OIGUSPS The FTC should investigate why you have refused to honor your trade-in promotions after accepting the devices of 100s of customers via @USPS. Retweet if AT&T stole your phone(s), too. #ATTTradeinScam #iphone #Galaxy
You collected 100s of @Apple iPhone and @SamsungMobileUS Galaxy devices in targeted promotions offering $800 for certain devices in any condition, but not honoring the transactions. And are blaming the customers and @USPS @OIGUSP for delays and misappropriation.
Only ATT is enriched. You are scamming customers into paying for multiple devices, multiple times. You don't honor the trade and then resale those devices, and make the customer pay for a device that was advertised as free with trade-in.
But it doesn't happen. And when hundreds of customers call for an update, they are told the promo can no longer be honored due to the age of the transaction. The internet is full of 100s of these interactions. The trade-in phones are worth 100s -1000s in the resale market.
You frequently tell customers they did not choose an eligible plan, when choosing the plan is part of YOUR web portal process to initiate the trade. You require customers first wait weeks or months while you "process" the trade. Trade credits will post in another 2-3 months.
You've also claimed @usps lost many phones all together. Phones that could not be insured at shipping, because customers must use a prepaid @PitneyBowes label, and insurance cannot be added after the fact.
There are 100s of customer complaints that you first stall processing the trade-in by blaming @USPS, then saying the credit will be issued in 2-3 months. When no credit or on less than the offered promotion is issued, you claim the initial transaction was too long ago to honor.

This also works nicely as a Recommended Reading List.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This list contains a number of books that have not been banned widely across Florida. Some individual schools may have banned these books, but it has not been adopted state-wide. It misses many books that have been banned at a large scale however.
