Our employees and customers’ safety is of utmost importance to us, and as a result of the red weather warning in place across the country for #StormEowyn, Three will be taking the following measures: 🏬 Our stores will be closed on Friday morning and will reopen at varying times depending on when the warning lifts in each location. Customers should check the store locator page on Three.ie for the most up to date information. 📲 Our customer care centre in Limerick will be closed on Friday morning, with employees working from home to ensure our customers can receive help if they need it - DM @ThreeCare if you need us. 🏤 Our head office in Dublin will also be closed with employees working from home. 📶 Finally, our networks team will be working 24 hours a day to minimise the impact on our customers. We have deployed generators today, and our operations centre and crews on the ground will assess any damage once the storm has passed and will work to restore connectivity as soon as they can. We're aware some customers are receiving fraudulent calls claiming to be from "Three's promotional department" and asking customers for their details and to return their phones. These calls are not from us. Three Ireland do not have offices in the UK and we will never call you and ask for your personal details. If you receive any call claiming to be from Three and are unsure of its legitimacy, you can hang up and call us back on 1913 or DM us here on X/Facebook or Instagram to confirm with our customer care team.

We’ve recently rolled out a screening solution to block spoofed calls from foreign locations that display as Irish mobile numbers.   So far, it has been extremely successful, and we’ve blocked over 1 million fraudulent calls from getting to Irish customers since the end of September.   Three is fully committed to reducing nuisance calls for our customers and we look forward to continuing our work in this area with ComReg and other network providers.

We are seeing an increase in fraudulent SMS being circulated claiming to be from Three. These fraudulent SMS may reference new terms and conditions, a need to update account information or loss of Three points. These SMS were not sent by Three so please exercise caution to any SMS containing links. Do not click on the link within these SMS & please delete any such SMS immediately.
