Hey Chris, sorry to hear there may be some confusion on how our service works. We don’t offer premade boxes. Each package is made unique by a stylist based on your personal preferences. Then it ships from L.A., this why there is up to a 2 week delivery but it’s usually quicker!

Hey Robert! Sorry to hear you guys received the same two items. To avoid this moving forward, we encourage you both to send over some more requests (different from each other)! Same goes for the brands. We can’t guarantee to accommodate a request, so the more the merrier!
