A full bus of their employees and their families made the trip to support the team and celebrate the start of The Carlisle Goes Green. ✅ Their electric truck was parked inside the stadium ✅ Two upcycled skipseats filled with flowers were unveiled 🌼 ✅ The Thorntons mascot made a special appearance When entering the grounds , you will now see the placing of Thorntons branded bins - Green, Brown, and Grey, stationed around the pitch with educational boards helping fans to separate the waste. This will help our ground staff keep the Carlisle Grounds clean after games, and events.    The Carlisle Grounds has undergone many new upgrades recently including the installation of a new pitch, LED floodlights, academy dressing rooms and the players' lounge, additional works to enhance the first team squad dressing rooms will begin in the coming weeks.  We are all proud to play our part in making the Carlisle one of the greenest grounds in the league 🟢 ⚽🌍♻️
