"Staff were divided on the name change, and there was significant opposition from alumni and students, he (the Minister) said." Thank you everyone who spoke up and made themselves heard on this!!

There's a reason more wellington central voters, including me, voted for Geoff Simmons for our electorate vote than voted party TOP. I didn't trust Gareth Morgan to represent me and work well with others. xitter.cf/TheSpinoffTV/status/10…
Gareth Morgan called voters “fat, content and complacent”. He was wrong, says his deputy leader @geoffsimmonz thespinoff.co.nz/politics/13…
Considering the recent TOP news It seems a good time to look back on my interview with Gareth in the run up to last years Election for @RostraVictoria when things were more hopeful for TOP.

Delighted to read that all 12 boys and their coach have been rescued from the Thai cave where they were trapped. I hope hero Samarn Poonan is smiling in heaven - he made this possible. bbc.in/2NFvNVa

In the Purge universe, every abridger uploads their new content on Purge Day to avoid takedowns.
If I'm going to get back into twitter I'm going need a purge of who I follow. My newsfeed is in absolute anarchy. If you follow me you'll survive the purge (may unfollow briefly while I suss) otherwise I make no promises.

About 2,000 have been individually unfollowed during the purge, of the 150 or so followers that I am to re follow this shall not be permanent, just the mobile interface is being buggy and not letting me see you all RIP.
