The SEC’s new U.S. framework gives companies an opportunity to OBJECT when their stock is tokenized. AMC’s CEO is publicly objecting. Yet Robinhood’s AMC product still exists not as AMC stock, but as a debt security issued through Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. So I keep coming back to the same question...
