BREAKING: Rudy Giuliani suffers a MASSIVE defeat as a federal judge rules against him in favor of two Georgia election workers who sued the MAGA minion for defamation — and the judge ordered the totally broke Giuliani to pay sanctions. The election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, sued Giuliani in December 2021 over his entirely fabricated and slanderous claims that the two of them committed election fraud to steal 2020 from Donald Trump. Most embarrassing of all, U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell ruled in favor of the election workers by default after Giuliani stubbornly (and suspiciously) refused to turn over discovery in the case. "Perhaps, he has made the calculation that his overall litigation risks are minimized by not complying with his discovery obligations in this case," the judge wrote. "Whatever the reason, obligations are case specific and withholding required discovery in this case has consequences." Giuliani has been ordered to pay nearly $90,000 in sanctions and his businesses have been ordered to pay over $43,000 to reimburse the election workers' legal fees. It's worth noting that Giuliani was spotted coming out of a bail bonds office on the day of his arrest and mugshot in Fulton County. This man is down to his last few dollars. Now that he has been formally found civilly liable for defamation, a trial will be held to fully consider damages. His troubles are just beginning. BREAKING: Donald Trump gives the WORST excuse ever for leaving his supporters with empty stomachs after promising to pay for “food for everyone” at a Cuban restaurant shortly after he was arraigned at a federal Miami courthouse.
