Nithin Kamath has been quite active on the internet. ๐
From his takes on startups to the Rakhi post, and that hilarious moment when he replaced his own photo with Nikhil Kamathโs on Zerodhaโs website after a banter { on our post ;) } where someone suggested Nikhil was better looking heโs rarely far from the timeline. ๐
But beyond the internet banter, thereโs another side to Nithin: the investor.
From CRED, Licious and Ultrahuman to Infra.Market, Nazara and REKISE, the Zerodha cofounder has built a rather interesting startup portfolio.
So, what exactly is Nithin Kamath betting on? ๐

Guided hyperscaler capex as of Q2 2026:
โข $AMZN $220B
โข $META $138B
โข $GOOGL $200B
โข $MSFT $175B
Total estimated 2026 capex: $733B.
But more importantly, the AI ROI fear was addressed head on by $AMZN.
$AMZN on AI infra spending: "On average, it takes a little less than 3 years to break even on that investment."
AI delivering too little ROI has been a very persistent bear argument, and $AMZN showed the ROI is in fact very strong. It also opens the path for capex staying higher for longer.
Bullish for the entire AI supply chain.
