Everyone knows I've been one of the biggest bears of commercial real estate on Twitter over the last 12-18 months - I haven't bought a deal in ~3 years But to all the accounts fear mongering, telling people that US housing is crashing or going to crash 30-50%... Please just stop Understand the fundamentals/dynamics at play right now instead of using silly charts to make the claim that housing is going to crash There's already been a severe lack of supply since the GFC and now people are locked into sub 3% mortgages. Unless people are forced to move, they just aren't going to give up those shockingly low rates Further, housing development is incredibly challenging and with new construction costs where they are, the supply/demand dynamics of the housing market makes it far less susceptible to a big crash that many of you are predicting Perhaps there are corrections in certain markets around the US like there always has been but if you use any kind of logic/reasoning, you'll understand that this big, broad crash in US housing WILL NOT HAPPEN So please for the love of god, just stop
