Form 6 not modified?
That’s a Lie. Go to ECI's own Bihar SIR order - there is a 1-page declaration attached to Form 6 asking for parents' birthplace, parents' EPIC etc. Form 6 under law is 1 page only.
SC today said in open court: "We have NOT approved any modified Form 6. Let us be clear." So either you are lying or ECI lied in SC's name. Which is it?

If optional, why does the form say "If not filled, application liable to be rejected"? Why are BLOs forcing people to fill it? Optional ka matlab pressure daal ke citizenship proof maangna?

Yes, it is available as scanned image PDFs where you can't even Ctrl+F. Why is ECI scared of giving machine-readable rolls?
Mahadevapura proved why - 1 lakh fake voters was caught because they had digital data. If there’s nothing to hide, why can’t ECI give it in Excel.
The matter is in court. That's why SC said "If ECI violates law, we will undo entire SIR."

Yes, SC May 27 para 47 said ECI has "residual authority" - but same para says “Such authority, however, is not unbounded. Any departure must have rational nexus" with SIR objective.
Second, SC upheld *Annexure D* used in Bihar SIR June 2025. The modified Form 6 you are defending was introduced in *July 2026* - AFTER the May 27 judgment. How can SC in May approve a form made in July? Time travel?
That's why SC TODAY said loud and clear - “Any modified Form 6 has NOT been approved by us."
Third, Form 6 is under Registration of Electors Rules, 1960. Only Law Ministry can amend it via notification under Section 28 of RP Act. Not ECI via TCS backend. Your own 2 Election Commissioners - Sandhu and Joshi - called it *"unauthorised and illegal, must be removed immediately."*
So yes, CEC Gyanesh Kumar lied when he said on Sept 26 that "declaration attached to Form 6 has been upheld by SC". SC never did.
Residual authority is NOT equal to power to illegally rewrite a statutory form to ask for parents/grandparents 1950s proof. That fails rational nexus test also.
Now tell your BJP masters - if residual authority is so unlimited, why did ECI quietly *withdraw* SIR declaration from Form 6 five days ago?

The ECI had to pull back the extra declaration in Form 6 on Sep 30, after Rahul Gandhi asked who ordered TCS to change it.
