Eli Lilly lists out every name vendors have been using for Reta.

FDA decoded all of them in warning letters and named who was selling what. One vendor got hit for advertising triple the fat burning power.
16 warning letters have been sent on Reta so far. Over 100 since September 2025 across compounded GLP-1s. 30 telehealth companies warned in March.
FDA is calling this a new phase of enforcement.
