On August 21, 2026, Chardon Local Schools opened the $1.39 million Rohr Tennis Center, marking a step forward for the district's athletic programs. This six-court facility gives student-athletes a state-of-the-art home for tennis.
Construction of the new 340,000 SF North Ridgeville High School continues to achieve major milestones. After passing the underground phase, the building has gone vertical, with masonry and structural steel work making the school easily visible.

Oberlin City Schools showed four sixth graders an animation of the new 6-8 middle school to capture their spontaneous reactions to the new educational spaces. The students expressed their excitement and appreciation for the design.

TDA is a proud partner of Habitat for Humanity on the Home 100 project in Lake and Geauga Counties. Construction continues to progress with contributed donations of time, labor, and resources from local businesses and volunteers.

The Riverside Local School District celebrated the start of construction for the new two-story, 12-classroom and full-size gymnasium additions at Buckeye Elementary School. The existing building will undergo a significant renovation.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the new Avon Lake 5-8 Middle School marked the official beginning of the construction phase of the 128,000 SF educational facility that is slated to open for the 2028-2029 school year.

With summer in full swing, the TDA team participates in a variety of outings as a part of our Summer Series. This time we cheered on the Guardians, and while they didn't lock in a victory, it was an awesome night at Progressive Field and a way to enjoy America’s favorite pastime.
The new Geauga County Courthouse opening celebration commemorated the completion of the most significant renovation and expansion project in Chardon Square's history with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Riverside Local Schools' new 4,500 SF Career Technical Experience (CTX) opened with a ribbon cutting and grand opening tour. The CTX space expands the high school's existing programs in health care, advanced manufacturing, and construction.
