I figured it out.
NA is just doing something that has never been done before.
We are going to have the first team eliminated from Worlds
AND we are going to have the Winners at the end of the whole tournament.
The unprecedented Worlds sandwich.

I'm obviously VERY happy with all the hype/praise LCS and it's teams are getting going into worlds
BUT
I'm worried we do the most NA thing ever when hyped and buster tf out of swiss
If LCS teams choke on home turf, they are getting locked out of the arena in 2027
If a FA team wins, the players must then find & submit an organization for Riot to review and approve to be accepted into the LCS Guest Slot.
With Promo Tourny finals today, we've seen fans wonder what happens with MU if they win.
MU chose to compete as a "free agent team," an option that was created for additional flexibility by not requiring a formal organizations backing to compete i.e. 5 friends and a dream

Any Given Sunday type shit, but legit looked amazing doing it.

We are thrilled to announce that Joey Valence & Brae will be performing at the 2026 LCS Championship Opening Ceremony, presented by @Mastercard on October 4!
WTH was that game man
For a second I thought we were witnessing beginning of the most cursed reverse sweep into missing both Worlds and Demacia Cup for C9
But the streak is broken
C9 will go to AN international this Summer
