Youtuber builds system that mimics Flock to spy on cops. Cops show up at his door and ask what he is going to do with all the data he is collecting. Youtuber responds that this is the exact same concern citizens have when you use this same technology to spy on them. Full video: youtube.com/watch?v=ncCf00M7…

BEWARE ⚠️ of Axon “TROJAN HORSE” , Flocks twin👀🚩 are NOT different companies. Axon and Flock apparently executed a coordinated market staged corporate divorce. Their companies broke up publicly, but the data didn't break up in order to bypass state-level bans.🚨👀 They divided the market. Flock acts as the lightning rod for civil liberties outrage, absorbing the lawsuits, while Axon quietly monopolizes the municipal police tech sector by selling the same underlying surveillance capabilities under the guise of "privacy controls.🚨 now Axon is piloting face recognition in body cameras in Canada. 🇨🇦 In 2020, Axon integrated Flock into Evidence.com. Axon was sitting on Flock's board/investment. In 2020, Axon made a strategic, minority investment in Flock Safety and integrated Flock's "Vehicle Fingerprint" technology directly into Axon's Fleet 3 in-car video system and Evidence.com cloud. they helped Flock build the ALPR network using their sales team They pulled out abruptly, immediately launched a competing ALPR product, and are now swooping in on Flock's canceled contracts👀🚨 - In 2019, Axon’s own AI & Policing Technology Ethics board explicitly banned the development of facial recognition technology, citing severe privacy concerns and racial bias⚠️ But then In 2025 and 2026, Axon began quietly piloting facial recognition technology in body-worn cameras with a police department in Canada, completely reversing their 2019 ban Axon made a surprise decision in July 2025 to end the API partnership, saying open collaboration is "no longer in Axon's best interests". That Axon won't support new mutual customers starting July 24, 2025. Axon helped siphone the ALPR data into Evidence.com. But when public backlash hit 2025/2026 (ICE access, officer stalking, 30-day deletion traps) They severed the API specifically to avoid being named in the impending wave of Flock civil rights lawsuits and class actions. By cutting the public API, Axon legally distanced themselves from Flock's daily surveillance operations. But the historical data Axon already siphoned into Evidence.com was never deleted now they pivoted to become the "safe, privacy-focused alternative," sweeping up Flock's canceled clients And positions itself as the "ethical" alternative, capturing the fleeing cities.👀👀🚨 Axon acquired Flock's ALPR data or architecture to train their own facial recognition models on this historical ALPR/facial data that they siphoned from Flock under the guise of the 2020 partnership. — More damning: is Axon is actively pushing to take over Flock's ALPR market. Axon CEO has gone on earnings calls talking about the massive influx of clients converting from Flock to Axon, boosting Axon's stock.🚨👀 So essentially Axon deliberately severed the API after their Evidence.com platform had ingested years of Flock ALPR data and vehicle fingerprints. Then staged the "breakup" to wash their hands of Flock's legal liability, absorb Flock's municipal client base by offering "ethical" ALPR, and quietly pivot to facial recognition by using the data they harvested from Flock to train their new models. 🚨 @RepThomasMassie investor.axon.com/2020-04-02… centralcurrent.org/syracuse-… flocksafety.com/blog/axon-pl… npr.org/2026/08/23/nx-s1-593… fox10phoenix.com/news/arizon…

Look at the code WIRED pulled from Flock’s own servers. Flock built an AI tool called OS Investigate.🚨👀 It accesses "commercial databases that contain Social Security numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, relatives and associates." It also accesses "police case files, 911 dispatch logs, and commercial identity records." The prompts can generate dossiers ("workups") on people based purely on driving patterns, without a crime, a plate, or a name. It Can identify drivers, track patterns, find "witnesses," generate suspicion based on behavior without a target. Code was found publicly on Flock's website. 🚨 Flock is performing automated, suspicionless background checks (pulling SSNs, DOBs, relatives) using commercial databases on citizens who have committed no crime, have no warrant, and are not named in any case file. The trigger is purely an AI algorithm flagging their driving pattern. 🚨 NO officer initiates the search for the suspect, Flock's AI essentially acting as the investigator, but doing so through commercial data brokers. Flock pulls consumer reports without a permissible purpose. ⚠️⚠️ Why did Flock build OS Investigate? Because selling LPR cameras is a hardware game with limits. Selling an "AI investigator" is a high-margin SaaS play. To justify the valuation ($1B+), they need to monopolize the investigative workflow. To do that, they fused LPR data (which they hold) with police records (CJI) and commercial data (SSNs). ⚠️ Why are they doing this? Because Flock’s hardware is a commodity. The cameras are just metal on a pole. The real valuation the nearly $1 billion in venture capital is in their proprietary datasets. To justify that valuation, they have to build a total surveillance map of America that links physical movement to full digital and financial identities. They cannot legally buy that data on the open market because of the FCRA. So they built an AI to force the police to pull it for them. Flock gets the fused data, the police get the dossier, and Flock gets to declare the new AI-generated identity maps as "Flock Property" under their contracts. ⚠️⚠️ Flock is using the police as a legal shield to run unauthorized mass identity resolution queries for their own proprietary training and profit. The "perpetual license" terms gives Flock ownership of these AI-generated dossiers. They are building a national private surveillance database of SSNs linked to movement patterns, bypassing the FCRA by routing the queries through police terminals.🚨 Now look at their new August 2026 "Trust" updates. They announced a reduction in data retention to 7 days, but they created an exception called "Evidence Mode" where searched data is preserved instead of aging out. 🚨 Here is the trap. If they actually deleted data in 7 days, their AI prompts which ask for people "arrested more than twice in two years" would not function.🚨 The AI needs a multi-year historical window to track patterns. "Evidence Mode" is the backdoor they built to force all searched data into permanent retention so their AI can keep running. The 7-day retention is theater for the city councils. The permanent retention is the actual product.🚨 And the Audit Assistance" they say is to catch police misuse? It is a complete deception. The audit logs track the police officer. But the AI generates the lead before the officer interacts with the system. The AI does the suspicionless searching in the backend. The officer just clicks the prewritten prompt. The audit log captures the officer clicking a button, but it does not capture the unauthorized API calls Flock’s AI is making to the commercial databases to pull the SSNs. They built the logging system to cover their own corporate trail.🚨 wired.com/story/flock-safety…

🚨 FLOCK ERROR = GUNS DRAWN Police shut down I-94, boxed in a silver SUV, and held two people at gun point after Flock cameras flagged the car as “connected to a homicide.” Except it wasn’t. The alert was outdated. Authorities forgot to remove it. Trust the algorithm.™

19 Republicans withheld our votes in order to preserve Constitutionally guaranteed rights. By refusing to honor the Fourth Amendment, you’re jeopardizing the continuation of FISA. Include a WARRANT requirement for US citizens if you want Republicans to pass this bill.

These are the brand new disguised Automated License Plate Reader cameras in Arizona The large yellow plastic barrels are camouflaged housings designed to look like construction equipment They are being deployed in remote desert areas along highways These new camouflaged cameras are a partnership between Flock and law enforcement and the plan is to use them extensively to track vehicle movement and broader surveillance We are witnessing the surveillance state being established in America… this only ends in mass surveillance

Rascal’s been on the road, and this week he’s found a patriot who knows exactly what kind of American she is. Last week we asked, “What kind of American are you?” This week, Harvey’s Famous Weekly Giveaway proudly spotlights @Lily4Liberty . She survived Mao’s Cultural Revolution in communist China and now travels America warning about the dangers of communism and tyranny while championing our God‑given freedoms. Now she is running in the Live Free Or Die state to represent these liberties and the traditional American heritage in congress! Given Lily's experience with communism and tyrannical governments, she’s vowed never again to live under a government that fears armed citizens more than criminals, and she has built her campaign around an unapologetic defense of the right to keep and bear arms. She supports national constitutional carry and rolling back federal gun-control laws that target law‑abiding gun owners. Rascal was inspired and decided on a liberty & New Hampshire themed giveaway. He wants to arm YET ANOTHER freedom loving and freedom defending American while also bringing attention to the campaign of the fellow freedom lover. So this weeks firearm is a New Hampshire made Sig Sauer Tread Coil V2 rifle with optic in 5.56! We celebrate the kind of American who knows that “Live Free or Die” isn’t a mere slogan, it’s a warning for would‑be tyrants, foreign or domestic. Thank you AGAIN for the support of @SummRidge who helps make these giveaways possible. TO ENTER please FOLLOW us and @SummRidge , REPOST or QUOTE POST, and REPLY to this post. PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING TO LILY'S CAMPAIGN. She is true defender of the 2nd amendment and her campaign is very grassroots. See link below. GOOD LUCK & GODSPEED!

Congress allowed this Orwellian mandate to become law. A group of us in the House tried to stop it. Americans want freedom, not remote controls and mass surveillance. We must move to repeal this mandate before 2027.

The Fourth Amendment isn't optional. If the government wants to read your messages, search your data, or spy on you, they need a warrant. Period. My Fourth Amendment Restoration and Protection Act ends warrantless surveillance of Americans.

Did you know ATF pays money just to remove the search by name function on their digitalized gun registry? What happens if they stop? This is an illegal registry and a confiscation list just waiting to be used.

I vote with GOP 91% of the time, but that’s about to go to 90%. I won’t vote to let feds spy on you without a warrant. FISA 702 allows the government to search for your information in vast databases compiled while targeting foreigners. The White House sent me this email today:
