Thx to @RickStrahl for the inspiration, we're investigating adding auto-browser refreshing as a feature to 'dotnet watch' in .NET 5. We've already made some much-needed perf improvements to watch & this addition will help smooth-out the flow for cmd-line based dev of #aspnetcore
