Replying to @StandX_Official
@StandX_Official was my first airdrop farm, and my first time trading perps. And even with an unexpected ending, I want to talk about my journey here, including my conclusions, and even the surprise @NeoSoulAI offered to our whole community.
I'm a guy in his 40's, wife, two kids. I had spent most of my years with bad economic habits, which resulted in debts to credit card companies. So a couple years ago I decided to have better habits with my money. Got myself a side hustle, some BTC for the future, and started thinking on Web3 opportunities. I needed stability.
YouTube suggested me a video from this guy talking about this promising Perp DEX. He said this was a great opportunity for someone without money, but with determination to farm Discord points. He described me. That was my chance.
This was how I decided to join the project back in October 22nd, 2025. Exactly one year ago. Created my X account from the scratch. Zero knowledge on perpetual trading. I had hardly $50 to start, but a lot of determination.
To become a hardcore trader my small margin took about 40% of loss from bad strategy and fees. It was a bit painful but I didn't turn back. I was learning. It took me a few months to deposit that value back in, this time having better strategies.
I committed myself to learn. To generate content with quality and constancy. By doing so, grow as a trader.
I've learned a lot. Managed to find a basic and effective trading style that has granted me a nice ROI. I've managed to reach into the top 10 on Discord Engage Points. Finished as 6th to be exact.
In StandX I've found a great community of people who were willing to grow together, learn, teach, and help each other. The type of community I like to be part of. And Iβve made a lot of friends.
I saw the protocol evolving with the community collaboration. The team proved to know how to ship, step by step, in the right direction. The numbers on DefiLlama kept showing the evolution of it all. For a while. StandX got to reach number 4th in perps.
Every time I had a bit more contact with the StandX team, they earned my trust. The team constantly asked us for our honest opinions, aiming to improve. I truly believed in the project's potential, I believed StandX was a sustainable product with high potential.
While I didn't have a big budget to invest, my physical and emotional investment wasn't easy.
I took two periods of paid vacation this year, using next year's vacation allowance early. I ended up spending the first one, and half of the second, working on the project instead of enjoying my time off. My wife complained, and she was absolutely right.
Throughout this year of trading and farming, I dealt with periods of extreme work overload, my wife got sick, and I watched my mother pass away after a difficult period. All while I was still invested and contributing in a project I believed in. Life isnβt easy, everyone has their own story.
It was a shock when they announced that the project would shut down and there would be no TGE. Only an airdrop of their stable coin.
Yes, I wouldβve liked to see the TGE happen normally. But I also wanted to see StandX succeed and keep moving forward. What I feel, and what many of my friends feel, is sadness at seeing this end. StandX's motto was βto stand into the futureβ. Watching all of this end so soon isn't easy.
And I believe the StandX team really intended to build something big that would last. If it was hard for us, it can't have been easy for them either. Building a quality, competitive product with no outside funding while hitting higher and higher metrics is a very challenging task. And unfortunately they concluded they wouldn't be able to keep going.
Yeah, it's disappointing. This is crypto market though, it is wild and this is how it works.
Crypto is uncertain. That uncertainty creates profits. That uncertainty creates losses too. It even creates disappointment.
Do I regret investing so much energy? No. Because as Iβve said, the journey was incredible. I learned a lot. I made a lot of friends. And even though StandX may not deliver the airdrop we'd have liked, they didn't turn their backs on us.
Most projects in a situation where theyβre shutting down wouldnβt give us a token, let alone a stablecoin. Theyβd just give us a βbyeβ. StandX, on the other hand, is offering to pass along to the community an airdrop of $DUSD with the remaining project treasury and some personal funds from the founder. That alone deserves some respect.
And right when we were getting the bad news, NeoSoul stepped in, offering a $DNA airdrop to our community.
NeoSoul also benefits from this. Either way its gesture shows good faith and generosity toward a community that, at first, wasn't its responsibility. We benefit both from the airdrop being offered and from being introduced to innovative tools in the crypto world, like AI agents for prediction markets. And we might also contribute to the protocol.
So it wasn't the ending my fellow Standers and I expected, but we still saw gestures of consideration toward our community, from both StandX and NeoSoul. And that means a lot.
Now I'm getting a different kind of airdrop, and I'm leaving with knowledge, friends, and memories of a great journey. I'll keep investing in crypto and in every airdrop that makes sense to me.

This is heartbreaking, but there's also an important lesson here.
Crypto can be brutal, especially when someone starts chasing losses, borrowing money and getting too emotionally invested in the market.
At some point, stepping away isn't giving up. It's recognizing that there's more to life than the next trade.
Crypto has genuinely ruined my life.
Iβm 39, turning 40, down to my last 3 SOL, with no job prospects and no idea where to go from here.
The launchpad wars have completely destroyed organic volume. Nowadays, it feels like everything is either an insider play or a caballed token. Thereβs barely any room left for genuine growth.
Iβm over $65K in debt from borrowing money from friends and family in just seven months.
Iβve reached a point where I genuinely donβt know where to start rebuilding my life. I feel depressed almost every single day, and the weight of everything is becoming harder to carry.
Looking back, I wish I had never gotten involved in crypto in the first place.

Saw a few discussions about size of hack, why impact to bitcoin price is small, etc. π
$6.3 billion is the biggest in USD terms, but not in BTC terms. MtGox was 650,000 BTC!
Other important numbers to consider:
% of bitcoin (in relation to BTC total supply), ie, market impact. MtGox is big there again at 5%+.
Number of users impacted, and % of user assets impacted. MtGox (the largest CEX at the time) and FTX (not small) were all near 100% of users and their asseets.
Most important: Who is impacted? Does the platform cover it all? (only one victim), as in recent two CEX cases and Binance.
Obviously, still a major disaster for the industry, Binance (and me). It hurts, but we survive.
Most importantly, we protect our users.

I started with @StandX_Official in September 2025, and I never looked back. It was my first time using DiscordβI had no idea what I was doing or where to beginβbut thatβs where I met wonderful people from all over the world; they became a second family to me.
Thatβs when I began contributing to the StandX Discord and getting involved in everythingβboth on the Discord server and the platform itselfβstarting well before the pre-deposit phase. Even with limited capital, I didnβt want to miss out.
I saw great potential in the project, especially regarding $DUSD.
I began looking for ways to help StandX grow, both within the community and on the platform. I started creating contentβinitially without any prior experienceβbut through research and the help of friends in the community, I improved and evolved. I produced written content, images featuring the projectβs mascot, videos, and even musical videos about StandX.
This journey has left a lasting mark on my life, and it still does to this day.
As I grew and evolved, I earned several roles: SEED, Sprout, and finally, the "Flower" rank.
I put in a lot of hard work over a long period, and I loved every bit of itβeverything was done with care and affection.
There were many nights where I didnβt get much sleep, as I was busy finishing time-consuming video projects and other types of content.
I work as a rideshare driver, and almost all of this work was done from inside my car, using only my smartphone.
Sometimes, I would even stop driving just to participate in the projectβs AMAs, games, and other activities.
And let me tell you: it is absolutely possible, even with just a mobile phone.
Unfortunately, things arenβt ending the way we all imaginedβwith the TGE (Token Generation Event) and the launch of the token. At the very leastβand we hope this proves to be reasonableβwe expect to receive a good allocation in DUSD, as mentioned by the StandX team.
Our journey with StandX is coming to an end, as the team has announced they will be discontinuing the project. Thank you, StandX, for everything weβve experienced together up to this point.
Then came the @NeoSoulAI project, which showed compassion for our community and is now stepping in to offer its support. Kudos to their team for thinking this wayβafter all, we are stronger together.
They are set to distribute their #DNA token to assist the StandX community members who dedicated themselves to the project. Once again, thank you so much; please know that this gesture will not go unnoticed, for what we plant today, we shall one day harvest.
So, letβs keep our heads up and move forward!!!

My airdrop farming journey: an Odyssey Iβm still trying to understand.
Before I knew how this story would end, I had already written about it.
I called it βMy Odyssey with StandX.β I brought together months of work, people, mistakes, lessons, and creations. In the final section, I described what I still wanted to build.
I genuinely thought I was just getting started.
I started following @StandX_Official in October 2025. I joined pre-deposit, went through Alpha, traded, and tried to understand the product from the inside.
Yes, I expected an airdrop. It would feel dishonest to tell this story now and pretend that never mattered.
But my confidence also came from a thesis: DUSD, yield-bearing margin, capital efficiency. I researched those mechanisms, used the platform, and compared it with other Perp DEXs. I placed StandX in Tier S on my list because I believed in what I was analyzing.
Today, I have to revisit that conviction knowing how the project ended.
Along the way, what I learned became content. When information was scattered, I organized a guide. When an explanation felt complicated, I tried turning it into a video, an illustration, or an example.
I even recorded Hasturβs first experience using the platform. His questions reminded me of things I had forgotten a beginner needed to understand.
Then came the part where StandX took over the table π
Paper, paint, drawings, sculptures, a mug, a cushion, shirts. Stander Girl taking part in artwork, photos, and videos, bringing that identity into the streets.
I even scored a goal wearing a StandX shirt.
Some creations happened simply because we were having fun making them.
Over time, I started building resources for other people too.
The Brand Kit collected materials for anyone who wanted to create. The Community Hub organized scattered guides, tools, and projects. Flappy Candle became a game that other members helped improve.
Then came the Builders Hub. It went through 19 versions as I revised navigation, stories, credits, and references. I wanted someone arriving in the community to find the people already building and see where they could contribute too.
In that process, many people became more than a name on Discord.
Yield Ranger and I worked together on a StandX vs GRVT comparison. I received help, feedback, and friendship from people across different countries, including the Vietnamese community.
I also started a WhatsApp group of nine people to share information and answer questions. Six members later earned Seed or Sprout through their own work. Watching each of them find their place made me happy.
I was recognized as a Special Contributor and later earned Flower in the third and final batch.
Those milestones mattered because I remembered the road that led there. And because I was already thinking about what I would do next.
Then came the announcement that StandX would wind down without the TGE we expected.
Man, that hurt.
The financial loss. The trust I had placed in the project. Looking at everything and wondering: βWhat now? What happens to the future I was building here?β
I explained it the best way I could: it felt like taking a critical hit in League of Legends and only surviving because I made it into the bush.
Iβm still there, trying to understand my next move.
I canβt wrap this up by saying everything was worth it. Iβm still working that out, and part of it wonβt fit in a spreadsheet.
But it would also be unfair to myself and the people who walked alongside me to pretend the guides, creations, friendships, and learning disappeared.
And there is something I can feel grateful for even now: the people who were part of this experience.
To everyone who took the time to answer a question, test something I made, exchange ideas about the market, or simply talk with me, thank you. There were many good moments in the everyday experience that didnβt depend on an announcement, a role, or a reward.
Iβm also grateful for the chance to follow and use a product while it was being built. Testing, asking questions, receiving feedback, and trying to explain what I was learning helped me grow as a trader, creator, and contributor.
When I think about StandX, those memories are there too. The disappointment with how it ended is real, and so is my affection for the people who shared that journey with me.
And that affection extends to StandX and the team too.
I believe they tried to make it work. I followed the product as it evolved, used what they were building, and saw the community take part in that process. I really wanted to see it keep moving forward.
This market is tough. We know a project can have hard work, dedication, and people who believe in it and still be unable to continue. Knowing that doesnβt make the ending easy, but it helps me have more understanding for the people on the other side.
I also think it matters that the wind-down includes a planned solana:DUSDt4AeLZHWYmcXnVGYdgAzjtzU5mXUVnTMdnSzAttM airdrop for the community. I had hoped for a different path, but I appreciate that gesture and the decision to give something back to the people who took part in this journey.
I still have affection for StandX. Iβm grateful for what I experienced there and for the effort of the people who tried to build this product. I can say that sincerely while still feeling disappointed with how it ended.
Thatβs why @NeoSoulAIβs initiative made me revisit my Odyssey. By making room for these stories, you gave the community a chance to show what existed behind the points, roles, and wallets.
Here is my record. I wrote it while I was still making plans for the next phase:
xitter.cf/victordesouza96/statusβ¦
I ended that article with βKeep going, even if more slowly.β
Today, I read that sentence more carefully. Continuing also takes stopping, revisiting a thesis, and choosing where to put your energy.
I donβt know what the next chapter will look like yet. But I want to carry forward what I learned, the people I met, and the ability to turn an idea into something someone can use.
That part of the journey stays with me.

This caught me off guard in a good way. A lot of us put real time and energy into this community because we believed in it, and that kind of effort usually goes unnoticed. Having another team stop and acknowledge it means a lot.
Thank you @NeoSoul_ for the respect and for thinking of the community. Weβll be watching the claim portal and the details after your TGE, and Iβm sure the @StandX_Official team will reach out. Much love to every Stander. π§π

The FUD against @StandX_Official has always felt strange and hard to make sense of at first glance. Then something weird happened yesterday and I canβt stop thinking about it.
Just yesterday Aspecta opened trading on a v3 pool for StandX, all about the token FDV. For anyone new to this, FDV is just the token price times the total supply. The pool opened at an implied FDV of around 190M, even though the premarket on Aspecta had it at roughly 325M. I have no idea where the 190M came from.
Right before the trading on Aspecta started I saw FUD posts and comments pushing exactly that number as proof the project was overhyped. Then the market did its thing, and within a few hours the implied FDV was sitting around 350M. Those FUD arguments died on the spot. I couldnβt help smiling.
Now the part that actually bugs me. On Polymarket there are markets asking if StandXβs FDV will be above a certain value one day after TGE. Before the Aspecta pool opened, 50M, 100M and 200M were sitting around 50%. The 400M was already well below those. So after the Aspecta pool showed 350M, you would expect these odds to go up, right? They did the opposite. All three dropped to roughly 20% or less.
Think about what that means. Buying βNoβ on the 50M market only pays if StandX launches below 50M. With a pool trading near 350M, thatβs a bet on a collapse of more than 85%. I looked at the price chart and the drop lines up with the same day as the Aspecta opening.
Iβm not saying the Aspecta pool is a guarantee. But it should make people more careful, not push every strike down together.
I donβt see this as a coincidence. My read is that some people who know the project and never valued it were already positioned against it, and spent the days before TGE trying to shape the story. When Aspecta went the other way, I think they panicked and doubled down on the βNoβ side hoping to still land the outcome they bet on. I canβt prove that, and Iβm not pointing at anyone specifically. Itβs just the explanation that makes the most sense to me.
Iβve said it before and Iβll say it again. I think StandX is underrated, and I think a lot of people who talk loudly about it have barely looked under the hood. If Iβm wrong, the market will show me. But when the price says one thing and the bets say the opposite on the same day, I really wonder why.
Iβm genuinely looking forward to concrete updates on whatβs next for StandX. Itβs been a while since we had major news, and some metrics have declined too. But that doesnβt erase even a bit of the quality of everything that has been built and delivered so far.
What I still struggle to understand is the coordinated-looking FUD from certain accounts on CT. Maybe thereβs context Iβm missing.
And then todayβs V3 pre-market on Aspecta caught my attention, since it shows what the market expects. The implied FDV hovering around $350M+ was really interesting, especially because trading started much lower, and I donβt know why. The market quickly started expressing its own expectations, even without an official TGE date.
Of course, this isnβt an official valuation from StandX, nor a guarantee of what the token will be worth at TGE. Itβs still an interesting market signal worth watching, though.
Iβd rather keep focusing on the bigger picture. Product development, new features, and the direction of the ecosystem matter far more to me than the absence of a date.
Iβm still bullish on where StandX will go, but that doesnβt mean I donβt want answers. I do. And TGE isnβt even first on my list. Iβm just not dismissing everything thatβs been built so far because the next chapter hasnβt been announced yet.
I really believe the StandX story will still surprise a lot of people.

TxFlow updated its Points documentation on October 12, following community feedback. There are a few important changes worth understanding, especially if you're tracking how Season 1 rewards are distributed.
The weekly trader pool remains unchanged at 1,250,000 points. The referral pool, however, has been reduced from 437,500 to 152,000 points per week. Another important change is what happens to unused referral points. They are now burned at the end of each week, with no carryover to the next one.
The previous documentation described Builder Rewards and a Strategic Reserve as separate allocations. The updated page instead presents a Growth Reserve worth 8% of the Season 1 budget, distributing 488,000 points per month. This reserve supports growth activities, including community trading campaigns and builder programs. Unlike referral points, unused Growth Reserve points roll over from month to month. Any remaining balance is burned at the end of Season 1. TxFlow also explicitly states that the team will not use these points for its own benefit.
The timeline is now clearer, too. Season 1 starts on October 12, 2026, and the first points distribution is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20. Weekly distributions are expected to conclude no later than Q1 2027. The documentation says activity before Season 1 is covered in a separate announcement.
There is also a useful clarification about how account balances and open positions affect scoring. These can contribute to your score when you're trading, but simply depositing funds, withdrawing them, or holding a position without trading does not earn points on its own. The exact scoring weights and formulas remain undisclosed, and TxFlow still requires a minimum level of genuine trading activity within an epoch to qualify.
The overall scoring factors remain broadly the same. They include trading volume, open interest, activity over time, fees paid, TVL contribution, and referrals. The documentation continues to emphasize that volume is only one part of the score, and that farming or artificial activity can lead to fewer or no points.
The main takeaway is that the trader pool stays the same, referral rewards are smaller and now expire weekly, and the Growth Reserve has a new monthly distribution and rollover structure. If you're following the program closely, it's worth reading the updated documentation rather than relying entirely on older summaries.

Complete guide to the TxFlow Points Program
The TxFlow Points Program was created to reward real traders and help the platform grow in a healthy way over the long term. The idea is simple. Instead of rewarding only those who trade the highest volume, TxFlow aims to recognize the quality of trading activity and give traders of different sizes an opportunity to participate in the distribution.
This distinction matters when understanding how the program works. You cannot simply look at trading volume and assume that every dollar traded generates a fixed number of points. Distribution takes several factors into account, along with the activity of other participants and the program's eligibility rules.
You find the points page here: app.txflow.com/points

UPDATE: Our priority stays the same: rewarding real trading fairly.
We shared the rules early to hear from you, and we're making focused updates that support that goal.
Here are the main updates and clarifications addressing key questions:
Β· Updated pool allocation with more emphasis on traders.
Β· A clearer statement to make weekly points estimates and the existing mechanics easier to understand.
Β· Season 0 distribution is planned before October 27. Ongoing checks help identify farming and keep rewards fair for real traders.

What really matters in practice?
If you want to understand the program without getting lost in estimates and speculation, I would highlight five points.
Maker and taker trades are eligible. The documentation confirms both types. There is no published requirement to trade exclusively as a taker.
Trading volume alone does not determine your reward. TxFlow considers volume, open interest, trading activity over time, fees, TVL contribution, and referrals. The weights and formulas are not public. You must also meet the minimum requirement for genuine trading activity within an epoch.
Eligibility rules matter. You need an active account, must meet the applicable eligibility requirements, and must trade eligible perpetual futures markets. Testnet activity, unsupported markets, and markets that have been delisted are excluded under the applicable rules.
The pools are separate. Trader points and referral rewards come from different pools. Builder Rewards and the Strategic Reserve also have their own allocations.
Points determine your proportional share of the token airdrop at TGE. According to the current Points page, your allocation depends on your accumulated points relative to the total points distributed. However, the available information does not establish a fixed conversion rate or the monetary value of any tokens received.
TxFlow's main message is that the system aims to favor genuine activity and reduce the advantage of those who try to manufacture volume solely to accumulate points.
But there is an important limitation. Because the scoring methodology is proprietary, it is not possible to say precisely which combination of volume, positions, fees, and capital will produce the largest reward.
The best way to understand the program is to separate what is confirmed from what we still do not know. The public rules explain how the pools work, which activities are eligible, what is prohibited, and what participants need to qualify. They do not allow us to calculate an individual's reward in advance or assign a financial value to the points.
Ultimately, the most important things are to understand the rules, participate correctly, and avoid confusing accumulated points with a guaranteed future reward.
Update: Changes to the TxFlow Points Program
TxFlow updated its Points documentation on October 12, 2026, following community feedback. The main changes affect the points distribution, referral rewards, Growth Reserve, and Season 1 timeline.
The weekly trader pool remains at 1,250,000 points, but the referral pool has been reduced from 437,500 to 152,000 points per week. Unused referral points are now burned at the end of each week instead of at the end of the season.
The previous Builder Rewards and Strategic Reserve structure has been replaced in the new documentation by a Growth Reserve, allocated 8% of the Season 1 budget, with 488,000 points distributed monthly. Unused Growth Reserve points roll over between months, and any remaining points are burned at the end of Season 1.
Season 1 starts on October 12, 2026, with the first points distribution scheduled for Tuesday, October 20. Weekly distributions are expected to conclude no later than Q1 2027.
