The world needs to look to mothers and women to find peace, to break free from violence and hatred. Every society needs to respect, protect, and value every woman, aware that whoever harms a single woman profanes God, who was born of a woman.

#FathersDay is coming up & I’ve been thinking about my beloved dad Seamus, an inspiration & help to me in the Woodee. Dad suffers with #Parkinsons but it doesn’t stop him. He is ALWAYS willing to help, ALWAYS supports me and NEVER lets me down. How did I get so lucky? #ilovemydad
Come and spend an amazing day cooking outdoors over fire outdoors in rural Herefordshire with the dream team! Cordon Bleu Chef, Sue Goring; Fire chef Andy Gynn & pyromaniac Louise Wright – playing with fire since she was a girl guide & venture scout.

If you think Outdoor Cooking Experience Days are just about grilling and barbecuing, think again…
We cooked these self sourcing chocolate puddings in mini Dutch ovens in the base of the fire. Cake in a fire pit? You’d better believe it!

Two years ago, in the same glorious weather, we were cooking on a #Woodee at Ogmore Beach. You never know what curve ball life will throw at you; I’m so blessed to have these memories.
How are you making memories today?

What's the best fuel for cooking outdoors?
Preferences range, but most likely you will have heard chefs talk about oak or beech for cooking. We covered a variety of options in our Cooking on Wood Guide below.
