Absolutely horrible. Police are such cowards.
The line 'the officer determined that the youth was at risk and attempted to apprehend the youth' is doing A LOT of work.
How did the officer determine this?
Then after all these brilliant decisions the multiple police, who had already taken the CHILD'S weapons decided to shoot him.
They shot a child who they themselves disarmed.
This says that after the officers shot this 15 year old child they 'immediately transitioned to life saving measures...'
I'm not a genius but maybe the police should try STARTING with life saving measures.
How do people hire people for jobs? Is it only linked in? I currently have a Kijiji ad and not a single applicant has read the ad
