I never ask for anything on here. But for those who know where I live. This amazing lad needs a job. Excellent GCSE results, Engineering course at college, hard worker. Applies every day for jobs. All kinds. Wants to join Navy. But needs work. Please help me. He deserves better.

The broad principles of cognitive science in education are: 1. Working memory is easily overloaded 2. Info is forgotten if not revisited 3. Novices need scaffolding, modelling, support to help them From there we have cog load theory, spacing, interleaving, retrieval practice.
