I've started to use Claude for general questions again. Usually that was way too slow, but the new Opus 5.5 feels fast enough for that to be nice. Perplexity is still faster, but Opus is more reliable, so waiting four or five seconds for a better answer might be worth it.

To make sure our current users have an incredible experience and continued access to Astra, we are going to pause subscriptions to our $200 Pro plan. These put the most strain on our systems and we wanted to take the smallest step that allows us to continue giving the broadest access possible. All other plans and the api remain available.
There is no impact to existing accounts and we are working on adding more capacity as fast as we can. Thanks!
My health insurance wants to delete my user account because I haven't logged in in a while.
I would have assumed that they know I'm still their customer.
I think I need to find a way to manage AI skills and code memory. I'm always intrigued by the idea of having a coding machine separate from my desktop, but then the browser is missing, all the memories are missing, and MCPs are missing.
I would also love to experiment with stuff like Hermes or OpenCode, but I have the same issue.
Chrome 15 added support for input type=search
Chrome 21 removed it again
Chrome 26 added it again.
What happened?
I wasn't aware that we have so many interesting EU LLM hosting options now.
Berget Ai: seems to offer an unlimited flat rate with GLM 5.2 and Kimi K3 (will need to check out)
Melious: Also has an unlimited offer (although it seems to only cover GLM 5.2)
Mistral also offers GLM now and, if you are ok with API pricing, you can use Cortecs as an open router alternative with a good selection of providers.
Shower thought: a ton is a redundant unit.
It’s a megagram (mg) although that is confusing because if milligram.
Also: one megaton is basically a teragram which sounds awesome.
