Hospitals across Alberta, Canada are reportedly being overwhelmed by the number of injured from the ongoing major fire at CFB Wainwright, the cause and extent of which is still unknown, with details being kept very quiet by the Canadian Ministry of National Defense. Some sources place the number of dead in the dozens with hundreds of injuries, though nothing has been verified by officials in Canada.

Learned it the really hard way that LITERALLY NO ONE WILL BE THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM. Sometimes, even your own parents think you’re overreacting. In the end, it’s just you and only you. I think it’s stupid to even expect anything from anyone anymore.

Not trying to be a bum , but we always say this but never actually reach out to people, yes you don’t know what they are going through but reaching out to people helps , no depressed person is actually going to reach out to anybody , let’s just do our best to reach out to people.

my friend committed suicide just over a decade ago because she did this I only found out after the fact, from her suicide note/the journals she left behind, but she said exactly this almost word for word (specifically the “you can’t think about it or it will devour you whole”)
