Urging people to be positive doesn’t boost their resilience. It denies their reality. When times are tough, we don’t need good vibes only. We need a hand to keep us steady through all the vibrations. Strength doesn’t come from forced smiles. It comes from feeling supported. link.chtbl.com/RTAdam

Morning all, I've started an Instagram account to post about perinatal wellbeing, including mental and physical health. Here's my latest post on some different meditation types: instagram.com/reel/C1rMZUmsb…

So it's appearing increasingly obvious that I need to bite the bullet and start actually posting stuff on social media. Eek. Confession: I like that I don't have many followers! A warm comfort zone, but I'm going to have to start promoting so need to get over it 😅

Choosing dentists, very nerve-wracking! You've just got to grin and bare it

I'm looking to develop something to support women's mental health during pregnancy and postnatal as I struggled so much last year, so if you are a mum, with 10 mins to spare, please help by filling in this form, like and share! forms.gle/m8u8ewW58J23uZg47 Thanks a bunch! 🍌🍌

Proud, happy, and relieved to reveal the first peek at the cover to my new novel, ‘The Famine Witch.’ This has taken up the last two years of my life so it’s surreal to realise that it’s finally happening. Thank you to all those who support my writing 📚☘️✍🏻🙏🏻 – at Belfast, Northern Ireland

Had a lovely 15 min yoga break before going to pick up my son from the childminder. Really good to help with the transition from working to mumming

Back to work this morning! Conducted a mini personal retro to help schedule my time better. Got some actions out of it so hopefully I'll feel like I'm getting more of my goals done

Enjoyed the music of the coronation, and took notes of the pageantry for my novel! Currently sitting at 40k words

I'm back at work, finally! A few hours per week doing a few bits - a little analysis and admin, but also researching and writing! It's like I can breathe again.

I'm halfway through the first half of my book's development, and I keep thinking of more things I want to put in the exposition... hard to focus on moving forward. #WritingCommunity

I've realised I've been making my MC work in order to avoid going home - there's a character there who needs a backstory, motivations etc. Poor MC is _tired_.

Please note: @runcamille increased the world record for women by 23.7km (14.7 miles) or 5.7% increase. That required a massive self-belief right from the start.
