This brings up a massive challenge for engineering leaders: How do juniors bridge that gap to become seniors? If modern tools do the heavy lifting on basic syntax, juniors don't get 'stuck' the way we used to. But getting stuck is exactly how you learn the mechanics. (4/5)

Is It Easier to Be Language Agnostic in 2026?

The short answer is yes. But the reason why says something about what "knowing a language" was ever really made of, and what is left once an AI agent handles the syntax for you.
