Today we're launching "Interview Studio". Every role you post gets hundreds of applicants. You have time to talk to a dozen. Somewhere in that gap, great hires disappear. Interview Studio doesn't write interview questions from your JD. It builds your company's interviewer: -- the scenarios a leader on your team would pose -- what your culture counts as a great answer -- the red flags it would never let slide You edit until it's truly yours: your voice, your values, your bar. Then it interviews every applicant. Real, adaptive video conversations — candidate #300 gets the same interviewer as candidate #1. You get back a ranked shortlist: one rubric, integrity-checked, every conversation recorded. Screening at the scale of software. Judgment at the standard of your best interviewer. See it in action below. masterprep.ai

Rental market is absolutely stalled. Properties staying on market for periods unseen in last 3 years. Many properties are doing rent reductions. If migration pressure builds up and cuts are in place, we will see massive decline in rental prices over next few years

If mortgage rates remain high, this will mean lower and unaffordable rental yield, putting further pressure on property prices. All coming together in next few years.

It seems Elon is more terrified of mid-term outcomes than Trump himself.

Two words - crocodile tears
Dear Prime Minister Ambani, Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India. Naturally, you would prefer to maintain your monopolistic exploitation of the great people of India, but would you nonetheless consider allowing Starlink to compete? There are many areas of India, as there are in all countries, with no Internet access, which denies children the opportunity for education and for small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods to a global market. Starlink would change their lives for the better. Thank you 🙏

Let's admit it. Opposition, deep state, whatever has been able to create at least a fraction of the situation that they've been dreaming about ever since the events in Bangladesh and Nepal. It's still far far away from any tipping point, but it's worrying signs if even a loser like Pappu can get a mob that's willing to die or kill (you can't rule unless you've such a mob, that's another point). During anti-CAA or farmer protests, the reason to die and kill was very apparent - religion - and thus the solution was also apparent - bamboo to Islamists and olive branch to Sikhs. But what is driving folks to violence now? It's ghanta some care for democracy or principles. Folks in power need to figure out that, and only then they can arrest and neutralize this trend.

Unpopular opinion - rate hike is necessary but not sufficient solution for inflation. Massive govt spending in welfare needs to cut down. AI build up and war is going to continue putting pressure and rate hike won't be sufficient. In fact, it will likely kill small businesses.

I’m a retired brain surgeon and I wanna tell you why you feel like life is passing by. I just need one minute to explain this to you so hang in there. Repetitive daily routines stop the brain from recording clear detailed memories. When every day looks the same, your brain does not track time the same as a clock does. It tracks change. If nothing new happens then days, months, and years start to blur together. This is know as Time compression. When life lacks variety, your brain compresses past days together, making it feel like time is sped up. To stop feeling like life is passing you by, add new experiences to your life. Break routine habits, like changing your daily home routine, taking a different route to work, or trying a new hobby. Schedule small trips or plan new adventures so your days do not blend together. Practice mindfulness by staying fully focused on what you are doing right now and not trying to race off to the next task. Keep a journal and write down happy memories or memorable parts of the day before you go to sleep. Take deep, calm breaths when you feel anxious or rushed to return your focus to the moment. You can and you will retrain your brain to not feel like life is passing you by by following these few simple measures.

And people blamed NFTs
They were buying property over valuation then haveing the cash sent back to the buyer. It was artificially hiking local properties in the process. Now all the properties are reverting back to fair value. 🛘

100%. Claude is so unbearable at times. Not sure what are folks at @AnthropicAI thinking.
Somewhere along the way, Claude was told to “confidently assert what you think is good for the user even if they don’t ask, assume the user is not intelligent, and use jargon that makes you sound smart as you do all of this”, which has made Claude’s new personality unbearable.
