Travis Hunter has looked elite when on the field for offense this year. On a tiny 18-route sample, he's been targeted on 33% of said routes, and is averaging 4.22 yards per route (would lead NFL on a larger sample).
He's separating at a high level too. As mentioned, the sample is limited, but he's 10th among 164 WRs in separation score and 5th in route win rate per @FantasyPtsData. He looks incredibly dynamic out there, anecdotally.
BTJ has almost completely fallen out of the offense (27.9% route share last week), and appears to be a prime trade candidate. Hunter is unlikely to be full-time even without BTJ, but we could see the offensive playing time continue to rise whether BTJ gets traded or not. Worth a speculative add in deeper leagues, as he could be extremely valuable if injury occurs to one or two of the guys ahead of him (or trade in BTJ's case).

Terrance Ferguson should be a MAJOR priority add off waivers this week. He'll have to miss Week 7 but seems on track to return in Week 8 when he's eligible.
We saw the type of volume he received in Week 2 when one of the Rams top 2 WRs (Puka) was out with injury, earning 9 targets (29% target share) and the clear #2 in 1st read target share (24%, WR3 was at just 8%).
Ferguson will likely operate as the de-facto WR2 for the Rams, possibly for the remainder of the fantasy season depending on how Adams return timeline shakes out. And we know the type of production McVay tends to get out of his pass-catchers, even this year when the offense has been a little more up-and-down.
I'm dropping 30-40% FAAB at least

After bearish sentiment on Omar Cooper Jr. this offseason, he's looked awesome on his limited sample this year. He's leading ALL WRs with minimum 25 routes run in yards per route (4.75), and is 7th in targets per route (7th) per @FantasyPtsData.
He posted an 81.8% route share in his 1st full game as a pro. AD Mitchell will return, but Cooper is round 1 rookie who has looked great, and he could certainly usurp AD as the 2nd target in this offense. The Jets haven't been an a great offense by any means, but they've been competent (19th in EPA). Cooper should be a priority waiver add this week, especially if you need upside at WR.

Breaking: the Arizona Cardinals are finalizing a deal to trade WR Marvin Harrison, sources tell me and @RapSheet.
The team informed Harrison this morning that he will be inactive for Sunday’s game vs Detroit as details of the trade are finalized.

Devaughn Vele is a legit player for the New Orleans Saints and is off to a great start as their big slot receiver.
- Strong hands and attacks the ball with long arms away from his frame
- Zone-beater
- Can line up on-ball to free up Olave, and eventually Tyson
- Good results on slants
Here's his write-up in the #ReceptionPerception in-season charting tracker.

Bryce Young currently leads the league in passing yards.
4 of his 8 best career games by passing yards have come in 2026
He's been over 265 passing yards in 5 straight games. Before that, he reached 207 passing yards in just 2 of his previous 16 games.

Something that happens yearly (and weekly) in fantasy, is the overreaction to 1 week of poor WR production.
WR usage/production is extremely volatile by nature, and there's generally well less than 10 WRs in the NFL on a yearly basis that will not fall victim to weeks of minimal usage, the truly best of the best (Puka, JSN types). Just 1 WR had 5+ targets in every game last year, and only a handful more did so in 75%+ of their games.
Guys like Parker Washington (who had earned the 5th highest target share in the NFL coming into this week), or a Josh Downs (who was 13th in this regard), are not all of a sudden shaky fantasy assets/WRs because they did not produce in Week 4. That is just the nature of the position.
If we see usage declining over multiple weeks, then we can start to worry. But guys like this who are clearly talented and have shown very capable of earning targets/producing are great buy lows coming off this weeks.

Bills abandoned the run - a way teams should attack the Patriots
Went back to it and got some big James Cook runs
This is without DJ Moore too

Parker Washington only has 13 YAC on 15 catches?
And he’s still averaging 2.91 YPRR?!
Are we actually still just scratching the surface with his production?

Ashton Jeanty outside the opponent's 10-yard line:
18.3 FPG (~RB4) on 18.7 XFP (~RB2). Almost right at expectation!
Jeanty inside the 10-yard line:
0.1 FPG on 4.8 XFP/G
That's 95% of it, guys.
Ashton Jeanty has 7 carries inside the 10-yard line this season (tied for the 4th-most).
He's been hit in the backfield on 6 of them (85.7%).
Only one RB in @FantasyPtsData history has a higher rate over a 10+ inside-the-10 carry season (Alexander Mattison in 2023).
The time to buy was probably last week, but I am still looking to acquire Jets receivers at cost
Geno Smith has been shockingly fantastic as a passer through his first three games (per @FantasyPtsData)
75.5% Completion Rating (QB1)
110.0 Pass Rating (QB5)
7.6% CPOE (QB4)
86.3% Catchable Throw Rate (QB2)
6.9% Off-Target Throw Rate (QB1)
This team may lean even more pass-heavy with Breece Hall out for a few weeks
- Their +3.5% PROE ranks 10th-highest in the league

Josh Downs by year, per @FantasyPtsData:
+ 2023: 7.5 aDOT, 17.6% air yard share
+ 2024: 6.9 aDOT, 18.0% air yard share
+ 2025: 8.2 aDOT, 17.1% air yard share

+ 2026: 10.9 aDOT, 41.1% air yard share
Earning an elite 0.27 TPRR despite the more downfield role... the fantasy points are coming.

As impossibly great as Jaxon Smith-Njigba has been, Zay Flowers has been so much better
An all-time buy-low. Your in-season Exodia, obscured by injury. Averaging 20.0 FPG and he hasn't hit a 33% snap share in any game thus far.

Zay Flowers has played just 41 offensive snaps over 2 games (missed Wk 2) for the Ravens because of a hamstring injury.
He has 10 catches for 234 yards and one rush for 20 yards on those 41 snaps.

Aaron Rodgers is glad Jaylen Warren is on his team: "I love the term 'bell cow.' That's right out of the Mike McCarthy Bingo tablet. I was told yesterday, don't throw Jaylen the ball in practice. I said, why? He's got a shoulder. I was, like, okay, fine. What a tough guy. I've always had respect for him, played against him and then being his teammate now for a little more than a season. He is one of the toughest guys I've ever played with. Just can't say enough about his energy and the way he runs the football and the way he cares about his teammates. Glad he's on our team." #Steelers #NFL
