Best way to get a promotion is to do the best job you can in your current role. You did that. Congrats!

Happy Father’s Day to all those RM fathers on staff and in the community. Best advice I got from my late dad 20 years ago was “Those r ur sons, don’t ever give up on them.” My boys were 2 and just born. Dads r usually always right, it just takes us some time to realize it.

One of the best programs around led by Mr. Matt Erickson.

This is good news and a nice finish to great seasons. Fun to watch from beginning to end.

An incredible night on Red Mountain’s field graduating an outstanding 2022 class. Thank u to our graduates, our staff, and our community.

Thank you. Glad to be out there. Great culture and programs. Easy to support.

Congrats Tyler. Glad I got to be there to see it. A great race between two classy, humble athletes at the finish.

We retweet, we like, etc. but often times it’s just about the appreciation of a 17/18 year old student who goes back to where it started and thanks those people who he/she started with.

Great day with RM seniors going back to their feeder elementary schools for a “Grad Walk”. Appreciate all our feeders for hosting. It was awesome. @RMAthletics @RedMtLions @APSKSmith @mpsaz

Recognizing our classified staff of the month, Maria Main. Principal’s admin assistant who helps keep everyone and everything together. Pictured with assistant principal Sean Smith.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mom’s on our staff and in our community. Your influence and impact are on display to so many each day. First one without mine, but thankful for the time with her.

Getting back up after you get knocked down is the key. Good culture allows and prepares you for that.

Well deserved for our employees of the month. Counselor, Catherine Bianchi, and teachers Laura Carlson and Jess Brierton. Pictured here with assistant principal, Sean Smith.

Glad I got a chance to be there. Team was poised, confident, and respectful of a worthy opponent. That doesn’t happen on the day of a game, it happens in all those hours when nobody is watching.

Well deserved teacher appreciation week for all RM teachers and all teachers in general. Make sure we take the time to recognize them this week and more importantly, recognize them over their entire careers for the impact and influence they have on kids.

Great article. Yan defines the term “when u do well, act like u have been there before.” Ranks at the top of all time greats n any sport who exhibit such a selfless and humble attitude with a huge amount of accomplishments. That’s a credit to u and ur family Yan.
