A friend of mine went played the demo for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3. He made this combo chart and wrote some notes. Although combo routes are more simple, the mechanics of how you end your combo are more complex than in XV2 with more ways to choose how to finish a combo. Looks cool

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 has Directional Knockback! At the end of a Light or Heavy combo, or even after a Heavy Dash Attack, you can input the direction you send your opponent to with your follow up! This could help setup Supers and Ultimates! Here's my footage of it! The first opponent, I sent them Up, then Up again! The second opponent, I sent them Right, then Down!

This has to be bait, right? This is a 60% damage increase. In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Super Saiyan Blue Evolution gives a 35% damage increase. That's already considered very high, especially when you account for things like super souls.

The damage output for super saiyan in dragon ball xenoverse 3 is almost laughable. Barely even a difference in damage from a legendary transformation. This is so embarrassing to the lore of dragon ball. #xenoverse3
