Be careful @revivesuperfood - complete scam/ripoff with unauthorized/unapproved payments.
After 30 years with SunTrust, @TruistNews took it over and it went downhill quickly. Long wait times, horrible customer service, random new fees with no warnings, etc. Good example, it took three calls for more than 30 minutes to close my account. Unacceptable.
Why does it take more than 3 days to get an issue resolved with @beatport ? More than 14 emails going back and forth with no resolution...
Kudos to @PureLove1818 aka VeronikaElectronika for standing up to politicians trying to silence #LGBTQIA drag performancers. nbcnews.com/now/video/drag-q…

I'm a confident person until I try to open a plastic produce bag. Then I look like a toddler trying to put a shirt on.
So, I used to have an account at Suntrust. They were bought out by @TruistNews and I have noticed fradulent transactions on my credit card. I called and asked for help and the agent refused to help me.
So the #oreo #RITZxOREO collab was a complete failure. I started at 11:55am and refreshed constantly until 12:10pm. They sold out without even a chance of getting through. Congrats to the Ebay bots who are selling them for $500. Not fair at all @Oreo
So I've been a loyal customer of @suntrust for more than 20 years. They've merged with @BBT to become @TruistNews - and there website lacks features of @asksuntrust. Hold time for help is more than 60 minutes. Horrible customer service. Unacceptable. Time to change banks.
