At OpenJDK Committers Workshop: @mreinhold, @pressron: sorry, but there will never be an improved AGCTv2 in OpenJDK! The one and only OpenJDK profiler will be JFR. @kuksenk0: the Oracle performance team uses JFR several times a year but AsyncProfiler/AGCT several times per day...
