Now I'm looking at @Verizon who said not only will they price match @TMobile but we get FOUR NEW PHONES!!! I'm astonished that @TMobileHelp is so willing to let a customer of 21+years IN GREAT STANDING #autopay just walk away. That's crazy right? @MikeSievert is this under you?

I called @TMobile on my account birthday apparently it has been 21 years & 1 day when I called to get a phone. @TMobileHelp would rather have me cancel then help get an existing customer of over 20 years get a phone without a trade-in. BUT new customers get a brand new phone
