For full historical accuracy there will be two campaigns: a Nationalist and Communist campaign.
Nationalist campaign, you fight the far superior Japanese war machine and hold on against insurmountable odds, even as your countrymen are butchered.
Communist campaign, you hide in the mountains with Mao, wait for the war to end, then attack the exhausted Nationalists.
Upcoming Chinese game "Fourteen Years of Flame", depicts China's war of resistance against Japan.
With FPS games, China can finally internationalize our struggle against Japan. More games of this period will be published. If Japanese schools refuse to teach their history, we will.

Making the Battlefield 6 Phantom Program an “official” part of the game rather than a hidden Easter Egg hunt leaves me less excited for it.

Vandalizing our World War II Memorial is a despicable attack on a sacred monument honoring the Americans who fought and died for our freedom. Those Americans include my father and grandfather.
This morning, we are filing two felony charges, Depredation Against Property of the United States and Destruction of Veterans' Memorials, in Federal District Court against Melissa L. Farris, offenses that carry penalties of up to ten years in prison. She is now in custody.

🚨#BREAKING: Nearly TWENTY THOUSAND PEOPLE are publicly vouching for a man accused of cutting down Flock cameras in a small West Virginia town.

"We are aware of footage on social media showing the incident before the man is arrested. Recognising that an assault has taken place we are now carrying out active enquiries to identify those involved."
Casually admitting that if it wasn't for people on X sharing the footage (which they told everyone not to do) they would never have bothered chasing up on the assault.

Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The statement that officers were simply "in the area when this assault took place" is a lie.
The officer was in full view of the assault, and moved to assault the victim herself as soon as he was thrown to the ground, despite no action being taken by the victim.
